please identify what volunteer organization would you like to join.
- None, I think the volunteer organization I would like to join is the Philippine Red Cross or
the Red Cross Youth.

2. Do you think it is important for students to do community service?

- Yes, because community service gives students the chance to get involved in their
neighborhood and has a long-lasting, beneficial effect on society as a whole. Students can
learn valuable life skills and knowledge through community service or volunteerism while
also helping others in need.

3. what is interpersonal and intrapersonal value conflict, give an example.

- Intrapersonal conflicts and interpersonal conflicts are two major types of conflicts. The key
difference between Interpersonal and Intrapersonal conflict is that Interpersonal conflict
occurs as a disagreement between two people, whereas Intrapersonal conflict occurs as a
disagreement within an individual. Example of interpersonal conflict is a married couple
fighting over finances or two employees fighting over who gets a promotion. While in
intrapersonal conflict is when you're uncertain about what is expected or wanted, or you
have a sense of being inadequate to perform a task, you are experiencing intrapersonal
conflict.

4. Give 5 positives values that you think its the most important and explain how it influenced
you as a person
- The 5 positive values I think it’s the most important is honesty, hard-work, perseverance,
confidence, and kindness because it really influenced me as a person to do the right thing in
doing all my work, it also helps me to grow and develop my skills, and it also helps me to
create a future that I want to experience.
