1.2.1. Overview
When
Etisalat
business
portal
admin
is
logged
in,
click
on
“Administration”
menu
item,
the
submenu
items
will
appear
enabling
the
user
to
administer
his
business.
Business
admin
can
manage
the
list
of
own
business
portal
users
with
applying
actions
on
each
user
and
adding
new
users.
Admin
user
clicks
the
“Administration”
main
menu
item,
then
“User
Management”
sub-‐
menu
item
to
find
a
list
of
business
online
portal
users
with
actions
drop
down
list
and
two
buttons
to
add
a
new
user
or
add
bulk
users
.
Users’
details
will
be
shown
to
the
user,
with
pagination
feature
if
number
of
accounts
is
more
than
20
in
a
page.
The logged in user will be shown in the list but he/she cannot perform some actions on his /her profile as:
§ Activate/Deactivate
§ Delete
§ Reset Password

admin

“Deactivate”
action
(for
active
users)
shows
a
pop
up
page

deactivate
the
user
profile.
The system would allow the deactivation of the Business Online Portal users in the following cases:
§
If
the
user
is
not
the
only
user
assigned
to
the
corporate
workflow
at
any
level
(from
level
1
to
level
5).
§ If there is no payment/Order submitted by this user and still pending.

“Reset
Password”
action
shows
a
pop
up
page

allow
admin

reset
password

user
account.
User
clicks

“Reset
Password”
button

find
reset
the
user
password
and
user

change
password
when
first
login
to
account
after
password
reset.
Password
will
be
sent
by
mail
(user’s
e-‐mail).

Business
admin
can
remove
Business
Online
portal
users
by
selecting
an
action
from
the
drop
down
list.
“Delete”
action
is
used
to
delete
the
user
from
the
Business
Online
portal
system.
The
action
selection
shows
a
pop
up
page
to
allow
admin
to
delete
user
(soft
delete.
Deleted
user
will
not
appear
in
the
User
Management
List
and
will
not
be
recovered).
The system will allow delete the Business Online Portal User who is not assigned to any workflow.

Business
admin

the
access
to
create
a
bulk
of
Business
Online
portal
users.
Admin
user
clicks
the
“User
Management”
main
menu
item
to
find
a
list
of
Business
Online
portal
users
and
click
“Add
Bulk
Users”
button.
The
created
users
will
have
same
role
and
same
privileges,
and
once
created
the
system
will
send
the
generated
password
to
each
created
Business
Online
portal
user’s
email.
This
page
only
has
fixed
20
users
to
be
entered
as
a
bulk.
Validation
of
required
fields
will
be
done
only
on
the
entered
user
ID
record
only
for
the
whole
user
section.

Business
admin

the
access

create
new
Business
Online
portal
users
with
certain
roles
and
privileges.
Admin
user
clicks
the
“User
Management”
main
menu
item
to
find
a
list
of
Business
Online
portal
users
and
a
button
to
add
new
user.
Admin
user
can
enter
required
data,
give
user
ID,
and
assign
the
new
user
role,
accounts
and
privileges
while
adding
the
user.
The
created
users
will
have
the
granted
role
and
privileges,
and
once
created
the
system
will
send
the
generated
password
to
each
created
Business
Online
portal
user’s
email.
Any
user
having
administrator
role
either
while
adding
the
user
or
editing
the
will
have
the
following:
o The
user
will
be
able
to
view
all
business
accounts
listed
under
regardless
the
account
group
assigning.
o The
user
will
be
assigned
to
1st
level
of
workflow(s)
by
default
as
the
Payment
management
and
order
management
roles
will
be
assigned
to
him
by
default.
o Bill
Details
will
be
enabled
by
default
to
this
user.
User Roles:

Payment Management
- Bills & payment module (Can view
summary bills, upload & download bills,
view payment history & payment details ,
initiate , approve payment transactions
based on his authority in his organization
service workflow …)
Order Management
- Shop & Buy (Navigating Catalog, buying
process, wish list, shopping cart,
comparisons, product details…)
- Order management module & Service
Order (submit, approve, track, update …)
Administration
- Can access Administration menu
- Can view all corporate accounts data at
the account overview page as read only
although these accounts are not assigned
to him, and can change Bill Settings for all
corporate accounts.

the
required
level.
Admin
user
clicks
the
“Administration”
main
menu
item,
then
“Workflow
Management”
sub-‐menu
item
to
find
a
list
of
Business
Online
workflows.

Business
admin
can
assign
users
with
certain
roles
to
predefined
workflows
according
to
workflow
type
and
user
role.
Admin
user
clicks
the
“Setup”
image
icon
to
find
the
Business
Online
portal
workflow
type
levels
with
“Manage
Users”
linked
label.
This
linked
label
when
clicked,
it
opens
a
pop
up
check
list
of
authorized
user
IDs
of
users
who
have
the
roles
that
match
their
assignment
in
the
targeted
workflow
and
their
status
may
be
active
or
inactive
but
the
system
will
prevent
assigning
inactive
users
to
the
workflow
by
disabling
the
Select
checkbox
and
will
enable
this
checkbox
only
in
case
the
user
is
already
assigned
to
the
workflow
level
and
is
deactivated
then
corporate
admin
can
de
select
him.
The user roles that are eligible to be assigned to the workflow based on the workflow type are:

Order Management Service Order workflow
The
Business
admin
can
define
the
workflow
with
only
one
level
(initiator)
and
in
this
case
the
portal
system
will
treat
the
initiator
as
final
approval
as
for
Payment
Workflow
the
initiator
can
define
the
payment
methods
and
submit
the
payment.
If
the
Business
admin
decided
to
edit
the
defined
workflow
by
adding
or
removing
users
from
the
workflow
levels,
the
system
will
do
the
following:
§
In
case
the
business
admin
decided
to
remove
either
all
the
users,
or
the
only
remained
user
at
this
level
which
were
assigned
previously
to
an
intermediate
level,
the
system
will
check
if
the
higher
level
still
contains
users,
then
the
system
will
prevent
the
corporate
admin
from
leaving
this
level
empty.
For
example
if
the
user
un
select
all
the
users
at
level
2
,
and
there
are
users
assigned
at
the
higher
levels
(level
3,
...)
then
system
will
display
the
appropriate
error
message.
§
In
case
the
business
admin
decided
to
remove
either
all
the
users,
or
the
only
remained
user
at
this
level(highest
level)
which
were
assigned
previously
to
highest
level,
the
system
will
check
if
there
are
any
workflows
pending
on
this
level
and
if
there
are
pending
workflow
actions
then
the
system
will
prevent
the
removal.
§
In
case
the
business
admin
decided
to
remove
corporate
user
assigned
previously
at
level
one
(initiator)
,
and
there
are
pending
payment
/
order
requests
submitted
by
him,
then
the
system
will
prevent
the
removal.
§
In
case
the
business
admin
decided
to
add
new
user(s)
to
a
level,
and
there
are
requests
pending
on
this
level,
then
the
(se)
request(s)
will
be
assigned
to
this
newly
added
user
and
will
appear
at
his
home
page
at
the
pending
approval
requests
links.
§
The
business
admin
can
remove
corporate
users
assigned
previously
to
any
workflow
level
whose
statuses
are
inactive,
but
cannot
add
these
inactive
users
to
any
workflow
level.

“Assign
Users”
popup

user

select
/

users

group

all

the
list
header)

some
accounts
(by
checking
each
account

to

Assignment

user

search
for
any

the
accounts

are
linked

then
assign
these
accounts
to
a
specific
group.
User
clicks
the
“Assign
New
Account”
button
from
“Account
Management”
page,
the
page
provides
drop
down
lists
that
allow
user
to
find
specific
accounts
based
on
the
following:
Account
Type
(Postpaid
or
Prepaid)
and
Backend
ID.
By
default,
all
the
accounts
displayed
as
shown
in
the
Accounts
Assignment
page
are
already
assigned
to
a
default
group.
User
can
use
the
filters
to
select
certain
accounts
to
assign
to
any
created
group.
User
can
select
the
target
group
(it
will
be
already
selected
by
default
for
the
current
group)
and
click
Assign
Accounts
to
assign
the
selected
accounts
to
the
selected
group.
“Assign Accounts to Group” page will have pagination as for 20 Accounts per page.

Custom
Fields
are
fields
to
be
named
and
used
by
the
corporate
admin
user
to
allow
defining
and
using
some
required
or
needed
fields
to
be
viewed
by
these
specific
corporate
users
in
some
screens.
Custom
fields’
definition
is
a
facility
granted
to
corporate
user
to
add
2
new
fields
on
some
certain
screens
allowing
the
use
of
these
fields.
