Let’s Do It: Be Responsible

According to Tonya R. Owens, “In order to win and succeed in life,

responsibility is so important. This a part of being an adult and learning how to
be responsible for everything”. This quotation has an impact on the roles and
responsibilities of a LAC key players as I as analyzed every meaning of each line. The
way it is said has something to do with how we partake the shared responsibility to
become successful in our endeavor.
Defining roles and responsibilities is very important. It also boosts transparency
and likewise it gives team members in a new role, a clearly defined path in every
aspect. With well-defined responsibilities result to less spending of resources which are
also identified before pursuing the LAC.
Looking back, I realized that a LAC in school will not be productive if the LAC
team or key players are not doing their part. By understanding their duties, they can
perform their assigned tasks efficiently. In the long run, this webinar will not be a
successful one if the people behind this activity are not doing their roles and
responsibilities effectively. Therefore, there is a need for teachers and participants in
this weeklong virtual activity to take their part. They must be involved in everything by
doing their best honestly and not just by merely listening but by internalizing every topic
being delivered by the speakers. To summarize, all members of the team should fulfill
their responsibilities to the best of their abilities for teamwork to be effective and for LAC
to become successful.
