officer has reported that "PPB WAS NOT LOCATED. THE PHONE OF THE PERSON WAS
SWITCHED OFF. ALSO WHILE VERIFYING THE ELECRICITY BILL WITH THE PGVCL SITE,
THE CONSUMER NUMBER FOUND INVALID. THEREFORE, PV OF THE PREMISES COULD
NOT BE CARRIED OUT. HENCE, ARN MAY BE REJECTED". Since, PV Report is negative,
application is liable for rejection.
