This is with reference to your Registration application filed vide ARN AA240922058200M Dated - 18/09/2022 The
Department has examined your application and is not satisfied with it for the following reasons:

1 Principal Place of Business - Address - Others (Please specify) - Building No./Plot No./Survey
No./Milkat No./Name of premises/Society name/Landmark of premise and complete address of
principal place of business not shown at Sr. No. 16(a) which is prime condition for registration. Please
correct the same at Sr. No. 16(a) and also submit the ownership document viz Index 2/registered Sale
deed/property tax bill having name of owner and complete address with above details. Incomplete
address application will not be entertained.
2 Principal Place of Business - Document Upload - Others (Please specify) - Rxxx:
On verification from PGVCL site, it is seen that the consumer No. mentioned in the uploaded electricity
bill is showing as "Invalid Consumer No.". Then how this bill is uploaded. Please upload legible
ownership document like Index-2/property tax bill having name of owner and complete address of
principal place of business. Also upload legible colour copy of owner of the premises.
