Mini-Project on Gas Turbine Installations, Design Features and

Performance.

The objective of this mini-project is to clearly describe in detail the

following:

 Gas turbine installations, and all their applications;

 Design features of gas turbines, i.e.

 Compressors;

 Turbines;

 Combustors;

 Materials used in their making.

 Performance calculation & testing of gas turbines for aircraft

application.

NOTE: Hint: Suffice, 20 to 60 pages – Handwritten (or a corresponding

number of typed pages.
