Math 213 – Differential Equation

Requirements on answering:
1. Write your solutions and answers on a A4 bond paper.
2. On the upper left of the bond paper, write your full name and under it is your course,
year & section.
Ex. JUAN DELA CRUZ, JR.
BSME 4-A
3. On the upper center, write the Module number and title
Ex. Module #1 – Design of Flexible Transmission Elements
4. On the upper right, write the date you have started the exercises and affix your
signature right next to it.
5. Bottom center, write the page number (applicable to two or more pages only)

Methods on sending your answers (Online)

1. Take a clear picture of your output per page.

(For nice results, use “Document Scanner” app available on Google Play/App Store)

2. Submit one file only. If with multiple pages/photos, organize your output into a single
file. ( Preferable in PDF File)

3. Send ( via MESSENGER) your outputs on Facebook Page “Art Edu-Care”.

4. Leave a message “My Outputs – Title of the Module – Full name – Time sent”

5. Deadline: 1st Week of July 2021

Methods on sending your answers (Offline)

1. Compile all your outputs accordingly and place it on a brown envelop.

2. Write your full name, course, year and section, and instructor’s name at the back.

BSME 4-A
Engr. Artemio C. Naol, Jr.

3. Send your outputs thru LBC / JRS Express address to Department of Mechanical
Engineering, College of Engineering, SLSU-Main, Brgy. San Roque, Sogod, Southern Leyte.
Hand carry of the outputs will be considered.
