Preliminary Admission Notice - 2023-24

Admissions for Classes Nursery, L.K.G, U.K.G & Class - ONE for the Academic Session 2023-2024 will open
from Monday, 22nd August 2022. Parents seeking Admission of their wards into any of the above
mentioned classes may please collect the Admission form from the Main School Office.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Class Nursery : Candidates for Nursery should be 3 years and below 4 years of age as on
1st April 2023. Those candidates who do not fulfil these basic criteria will be disqualified.

Class Lower K.G : Candidates for Lower K.G should be 4 years and below 5 years of age as on
1st April 2023. Those candidates who do not fulfil these basic criteria will be disqualified.

Class Upper K.G : Candidates for Upper K.G should be 5 years and below 6 years of age as on
1st April 2023. Those candidates who do not fulfill these basic criteria will be disqualified.

Class - I : Candidates for Class – I should be 6 years and below 7 years of age as on
1st April 2023. Those candidates who do not fulfill these basic criteria will be disqualified.

Admission Forms will be available in the School Office on payment of Rs. 500/- each on and from
Monday, 22nd August to Saturday, 10th September, 2022.

Admission Form is non-transferable.

Duly filled up Admission form with all enclosures must be deposited latest by Friday, 24th September,
2022 in the collection box placed at the school gate of the Main Campus.

ENCLOSURES:
The following self-attested documents must be submitted along with the admission form.

a) Formal family photograph (POST CARD SIZE) of the Father, Mother and the candidate ONLY.

b) Photocopy of the candidate's birth certificate from the Kolkata/ Bidhannagar Municipal
Corporation or equivalent body.

c) Photocopy of the Discharge Certificate from the Institution where the child was born.

d) Photocopy of the Immunization Certificate

e) Photocopy of candidate's Aaddhar card. (Optional)

f) Photocopy of SC/ST/OBC certificate of parents (in case of SC/ST/OBC candidate).

i) Photocopy of Parents salary certificate or IT Return Form.

j) Photocopy of Parents KYC (Aaddhar Card/Passport/Driving License]

k) All photocopies to be attested by Either or Both Parents

APPLICATION FORMS WITH INCOMPLETE INFORMATION/DOCUMENTS OR WHERE THE INSTRUCTIONS

HAVE NOT BEEN ADHERED TO, WILL BE REJECTED.

CAUTION
1. Candidates appearing for Admission are not permitted private tuition from any staff member
of this school. Discovery of any such arrangement will lead to disqualification of the candidate
concerned.

2. No middle men will be entertained.

3. The school does not accept any donations or other gifts in lieu of admissions.

4. Any attempt to influence the decision of the Management in the form of photocopies of
application forms (directly or to any employee of the School or to any other person), gifts or
letters of recommendation will adversely affect the child's chances of being selected for
admission. Please remember that a deserving candidate will lose his chance for admission if any
such attempt is made.Please help the school in the task of fair and unbiased selection.

5. A child is not admitted on the basis of merit or intelligence only.

Our aim is to select a cross section of all communities and classes.

6. The Management's decision is final and binding at all stages.
