1.Tell Me About Yourself?

- I’m one of the Top 10 most improving doctor of the year.I’m currently working at Calamba
Doctors Hospital as a assistant doctor. I’m performing Diagnosing disease causes, symptoms
and likely progression based on patient histories examinations and diagnostic testing and
helping patients to improve health and wellness. I’ve recently leading a personal project in our
barangay here in banay-banay called “Bantay Kalusugan”, we’re in I am doing check-ups for all
of the citizens and helping them to improve their lifestyle for free. I always enjoyed working with
people and helping others, specially seeing a people with a smile in their faces, so I went to
school and received my degree of Doctor of Medicine(M.D.) in 2018.

2. Why Do You Want to Work at This Company?

-I see this opportunity as a way to contribute to an exciting Hospital,  and I feel I can do so with
my colleagues In this hospital I feel my skills are particularly well-suited to this position because
I have 2+ medical experience as a assistant doctor, and being an assistant doctor I learned and
experienced many things such as Consulted with surgeons to discuss patient needs, risks and
protective strategies to prevent degeneration of conditions, Evaluated patient histories,
complaints and current symptoms to understand conditions and begin diagnostic processes and
many more. I chose this hospital because when I first saw this hospital, I declared to my self, I’m
going to be a doctor in that hospital someday, and now here I am fulfilling my declaration to be a
doctor, not only a doctor but one of the greatest doctor in this hospital.

3. Tell Me About a Time You Failed.

- When I’m a fresh graduate, I think that is year 2018, I’m too excited to have a job as a doctor, I
did not prepare, I’m just following my excitement to be a doctor, without knowing that it is not
that easy to be a doctor, so my first Job interview as a doctor, I failed, I have no answers to give
in every questions they gave to me. After that day, I started to reflect or to ask myself if I am
ready to be a doctor and my answer is I’m not yet ready, so that moment I realized I must first
have a experience in treating people, medications etc. So I decided to be a doctor’s assistant
and I got hired and now I have a 2+ year of experienced of treating and medicating people and
now I can say that I am definitely ready to be a doctor.

4. What Are Your Greatest Strengths?

- My greatest strength is my care to people, I am also very team oriented and work well with
others. I am a calm person who can work well with obstacles that come up, and I am a good
listener. In addition to that I also have a positive attitude, and constant willingness to learn.

5. What Do You Consider to Be Your Weaknesses?

- I considered my too soft hearted person as my weakness because they can take advantage to
me because of that, Sometimes I care too much about the well-being of others. And I don’t take
care of my self that much in short I’m lacking at self-awareness.
