Reflect on the following:

● What are your thoughts on women only workspaces? Explain your answer from both a
societal/personal and leadership/management perspective
In my opinion, women's work space is very beneficial. From a social point of view, it
provides an independent space for women and reduces the gender pressure they face
in entrepreneurship. From the perspective of management, it provides an environment
for women to have better teamwork, which reflects organizing in the process of
management.
● Out of all the employee perks mentioned above, which do you believe would you enjoy the most
and/or look for in a future occupation/employment and why?
One of the things I look forward to and like the most is that Facebook provides free
housing for interns. Because in this era, young people face the most pressure from
mortgage and car loans rather than job pressure, and Facebook provides a good
solution for young people.
● What stood out to you the most about Leadership Lessons from Dancing Guy? How can you apply
this in your own life?
In the Dancing Guy video, the most impressive thing is "A leader must be easy to
follow." In life, we tend to exaggerate the position of leader too much. Sometimes, We
will even deliberately raise the difficulty in order to be a good leader in our opinion. For
example, in group working, I will make my part very difficult in order to be the leader in
my opinion. This will not only make my classmates feel pressure, but also make me
very tired. After watching this video, I came to realize that a good leader does not
blindly pursue difficulty and greatness, but should be easy for others to imitate, so as
to attract pursuers and succeed.
● Apply some of these concepts to the workforce now through Covid-19. How have companies had
to change their methods and practices since Covid-19? Have the changes they’ve implemented
stuck/worked? Use some examples. Do some outside research to assist in your analysis and
include citations in Chicago style
During the pandemic, many companies have changed their working mode from offline
work to online work, which has become more free and flexible. Nearly 64 percent felt
they could get all their work done at home, and their happiness and satisfaction
continued to rise. But for workers, this is a difficult time, because of the nature of the
work, they can not telecommute, resulting in many workers homeless, suffering from
hunger, so some companies launched the remote control of this technology. The new
5G technology is already allowing networks to achieve zero latency. In short, the
pandemic has led to a huge increase in telecommuting.
