POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND MOTOR LEARNING

Motor learning is a specialized area within this discipline, deals with motor
control changes that occur as a consequences of adaptations and practice. Motor learning
also are focus on how motor skills are acquired which is learned and the changes in
performance. It also are controlled mechanism that accompany skill acquisition. Motor
learning are the type of feedback influence on skill learning which is study of the
acquisition of skills as a consequences of practice. Motor learning in sports sciences is a
knowledge discipline in sports sciences that focuses on understanding the process of
executing movement and the acquisition of specific motor skill.

The positive feedback and motor learning are study about the influences of
social-comparative feedback on the learning in children. There are many method can be
used in this investigation. The method is there are two groups of participants which is
received veridical feedback about their performance after each practice trial accuracy
score which is a positive social-comparative feedback. They are suggested that their own
performance was better than that of a peer group’s on that block feedback after each
block of 10 trials.

The result is the children can demonstrated greater throwing accuracy than
the control group on the retention test. This positive feedback are shown when this
children group scored higher in terms of perceived competence than the control group.

The conclusion is the this method can defined and demonstrate that feedback
on children is very important motivational function that affects the learning of motor
skills in child.
