Among the undersigned: Emily Scott, identified with passport ID No.: C030598564
residing in Los Angeles, California, United States, owner of the premises located at
302 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90062, USA. UU who for the purposes of this
contract will be called CONTRACTOR, on the one hand, and on the other, Ricardo
