Evaluation and Assessment in the given picture.
Plants must be grown under controlled environmental
conditions to assess plant performance. We are all aware
that plants are influenced by their environment. For plants
to develop and grow, they require particular elements.
Water, good soil, and sunlight are all necessary for
healthy plant growth. Various types of plants exist. Some
ought to be in the light, while others ought to be indoors.
Some plants need to be watered regularly, while others
don't. When the weather change, we also need to change
how we water our plants. If in need, we should also place
them in a secure place.
As per evaluation, plants need to be healthy to produce
fresh fruit or lovely flowers. For a plant to be healthy, it
needs nutrients, water, light, warmth, and air. One of
these requirements may prevent a plant from growing or
even cause it to perish. A plant, for example, kept in a
dark place will grow tall and spindly in search of light,
then become weak and die.
Student learning is observed in a classroom setting
as part of classroom assessment. With the aid of
classroom assessments, individual teachers can
get helpful information about what, how much,
and how well their students are learning. To help
students learn more effectively and efficiently,
teachers can then use this information to refocus
their teaching. To know if their methods are
working and to improve them in the future, teachers must evaluate their teaching. The
opinions of students and colleagues are just two of the many ways to evaluate their
teaching.
Assessment makes it difficult for teachers,
especially during distance learning. Online learning
is very hard for students, particularly students that
don't have any internet connection. But through the
program government, the students will be able to
learn through the use of television or radio. With
that, teachers from different schools can now
assess the performance of their students. They can give some formative assessments to
their students to assess their level of proficiency in different subjects. Also, they can
evaluate their knowledge since it is the start of a limited face-to-face class. Through the
utilization of some of the tests, they can evaluate the knowledge of their students.
Assessment is the process of analyzing, gathering, and
reflecting on evidence to improve something. In relation
to assessment, a house is an ideal illustration to assess
the importance of each part of it to people like us.
Assessment of a house comprises the diagnosis of all of
its components, including the foundation, ceilings, house
frames, roofing, and so on. Engineers and architects are
typically the ones who assess the strengths and weaknesses of each part of the house. They
monitor every function of it, such as how safe and secure it is. They are also the one who decides
the materials that they will use in building a house based on their assessment of it. In addition,
evaluation is a process of judging the quality of work. Just like engineers, they are the ones who
evaluate the materials used to build a house. They make criteria for the house to know whether it
is firm or not. Evaluating something such as building a house is very important because you will be
able to know what are the things that you wanted to enhance or improve.
This image is an excellent illustration of assessment
and evaluation. It shows Mr Serafin Raymundo and
Mr Ronnel Barassi. The teacher in this image is
assessing his students' strengths and flaws. Every
solution implemented by his students is monitored by
the teacher. According to the news, the student (Mr.
Barassi) won the mathematical competition.
With this, we can conclude that his teacher's (Mr. Serafin's) assessment had an impact on his
mathematical achievement because we all know that assessment is crucial in fostering
successful instruction. Additionally, as previously indicated, Mr. Barassi won the mathematics
competition because of the supervision of his teacher, Mr. Serafin. In this scenario, we can
say that the students' evaluation occurs in this situation wherein the teacher is analyzing
students' performance. The student exceeds his teacher's expectations. Everything is feasible
because of the teacher's assessment and evaluation of his student.
