If the group has only 5
members, one of the
members will choose two
words from the list.

EFFECTIVENESS
An evaluation shows
effectiveness in students'
performance in the class. It
utilizes the evaluation and
how well a plan's objectives
have been met and is mostly
concerned with contrasting
actual results with desired
results or objectives.
EVALUATION
VALUE JUDGMENT
An evaluation is not
necessarily to be done with
pen and paper alone. Also, as
teachers, in terms of
assessing the attitudes and
behaviors of the students in
the class, one must use value
judgment. This evaluation,
relying often on perspective
and intuition, will assess one's
behavior.
ACHIEVEMENT
Evaluation procures
achievement as it meets the
goals and objectives that are
set. An evaluation is done to
develop and measure one's
skills and knowledge through
planned instruction. Obtaining
these results from evaluation
is when achievement for both
the student and teacher is
reached.

LOGICAL
Since the goal of the
evaluation is to assess
students, an evaluation needs
to be done with accordance to
formality and logic as it is
made to test the ability of
students. Also, an evaluation
needs to be done thoroughly
and in a systematic way for it
to be reliable with the
students.
EVALUATION
UNDERSTANDABLE
In line with being logical, an
evaluation needs to be
understandable. In order to
surely measure and assess
the knowledge and skills, the
reliability of the assessment
must be taken into
consideration. It should be
understandable and
answerable from the
perspective of students.
ANALYSIS
Evaluation is the analysis of
data collected to make a
judgement if our set objective
is met by the students.
Through analysis, it gives
teachers information about
students' understanding of
concepts and skills and can
help them make instructional
decisions for improving
student learning.

TEST
In evaluating students,
teachers give tests to know if
the students have subject
mastery and have met the set
objectives. Through tests, we
will know what grade to give
students.
EVALUATION
INTERPRETING
After collecting and analyzing
data, the teacher interprets
information to determine the
extent to which pupils'
achievements are aligned
with instructional objectives.
OBJECTIVE
The objective is what you
expect the student to learn,
and the evaluation is the
method you use to determine
whether they learned the skills
and knowledge needed.
 EVALUATION

NORM-REFERENCED
A norm-referenced assessment can help teachers
understand a student’s performance. Teachers
can utilize this information to create methods for
improvement in learning and teaching style. This
evaluation technique develops a competitive
spirit in students. This spirit encourages them to
perform better in every test.
