    General Objective: To have an information system that facilitates the


    handling of documentation and its security

    Specific Objective: Implement an attractive, inclusive, functional,


    dynamic tool adapted to the needs of the sections of the institution

    ● Explanation and detail of example #1: project scope; This project


    has as scope; replace physical files with digital files not only in
    document management or in the army institution, but also in any
    entity, institution and/or company to reduce the use of paper, thus
    reducing deforestation of the planet.

    ● Explanation and detail of example #2: Benefits of this Project; This


    web application gives us benefits in the economic factor since paper
    expenses and the purchase or rental of a warehouse to store a
    physical file are reduced and not only that, but it also allows us to
    have quick and secure access to our documents.

    ● Explanation and detail of example #3: Environmental Impact; It is


    very important to keep in mind that by avoiding the consumption of
    paper, the demand for it decreases, for this reason it also decreases
    the felling of trees for the production of an element that is no
    longer required in the market, which is something very friendly for
    the environment.
