AN APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF THE ORDER OF AD-INTERIM INJUNCTION

GRANTED ON 25/09/2000

The humble petition on behalf of the

Plaintiff

Most respectfully sheweth :-

1) That the plaintiff instituted the instant suit against the defendant praying for
eviction and recovery of possession of the suit property in the ground of
reasonable requirement.
2) That the defendant herein having intended to change the nature and character
of the suit property by effecting additions and alterations and extension
thereto.
3) That the Ld. Court on hearing the Advocate for your petitioner as also on
perusal of the injunction application and documents enclosed was pleased to
pass an ad-interim injunction in terms of the prayer made therein, which is in
force till today.
4) It appears that the men and agents of substituted defendant is still bent upon
to do the mischief by making additions, alterations and extension and for that
the Order of Injunction dated 25/09/2000 is required to extended further till
disposal of the injunction application.
5) In the premises aforesaid, your petitioner submits that the ad-interim order be
further extended till disposal of the injunction application otherwise your
petitioner will suffer irreparable loss and injury.
6) That the application is made bonafide and to the interest of Justice.

Hence it is prayed that your Honour will

graciously be pleased to pass an Order of
Extension of the Ad-interim Order dated
25/09/2000 be further extended till disposal

of the injunction petition and pass such

other order/orders as your Honour may
deem fit and proper.

And for this act of kindness your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.

AFFIDAVIT

I , Veer Arjun Dhawan son of late S.R. Dhawan, aged about 59 years ,by faith Hindu ,
by occupation –Managing Director of the plaintiff company,Admako Seasons (P)
Ltd,having its registered office at premises No 63/2A, Sarat Bose Road, police station
– Bhowanipore, Kolkata – 700025, south 24 parganas , do hereby solemnly affirm
and state as follows:-

1) That I am the Managing Director of the plaintiff company and I am

conversant with the facts of the case .
This is true to my knowledge.

2) That the statement made in paragraph No. 1 to of the forgoing Application

are true to my knowledge and the rest are my humble submission.
