Company and upon the termination of your employment.

d. You acknowledge and agree that that you shall keep the Company Asset(s) in good condition and
shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused to it. The Company shall have the right to recover

e. You acknowledge and agree that in the event of return of Company Asset(s), either when required by
the Company or upon termination of your employment, whatever the case maybe, you shall take
