With reference to the note at N-65 the following may please be noted

 As indicated at N-44 the quantity of the insulation articles has been reduced from 50 MT to
16 MT. the indent was reviewed by IRC and the report has been placed at C-11.as per the
observation given by finance department stating that the file may be routed through IRC to
review the revised quantity
