HOUSE RULES DURING THE VIRTUAL OATH-TAKING

1. LOG-IN TIME: Students must log-in at least 5 mins before the scheduled time.
The host will no longer admit students once the ceremony starts.

2. ATTIRE: The students must wear office/business attire.

3. SIGNING OF OATH / AFFIRMATION: Students must print their respective

Oath/Affirmation from the document forwarded by the court. The students must
sign the Oath / Affirmation only after taking the oath.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY OF THE PROCEEDINGS: Students are cautioned from

taking pictures/screenshots and posting them in their respective social
platforms. In no instance shall any of the students take a screenshot of
the Executive Judge or any of the participants and post the same in their
social media account without the consent of the Executive Judge/parties.

5. MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE VISIBLE. Students are advised to be visible on
screen.

6. LOGGING OUT: Students may log out after the Judge administers the oath.
Before logging out, courteously ask the Executive Judge permission to log out (e.g.
“Permission to log-out your Honor”).

7. Students are reminded to be respectful during the entire proceeding and

minimize talking.
