Alternatives.
A. Drop Box Paper –> Is an online document workspace, where you can organize
and display text, media, and files all in one place. Paper lets you easily
collaborate with others and access your Paper docs from anywhere.

B. Office Online –> Is a free version of Office 365. It is linked to your

Outlook/Microsoft account. It's a web application that runs in your browser, Office
Online will run on everything, from PCs and Chromebooks to iPads and Android
tablets.

C. Google Docs –> Is an online word processor included as part of the free, web-
based Google Docs Editors suite offered by Google, which also includes Google
Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drawings, Google Forms, Google Sites, and
Google Keep. With Google Docs, you can create and edit text documents right in
your web browser, no special software is required. Even better, multiple people
can work at the same time, you can see people’s changes as they make them,
and every change is saved automatically.

D. Ether pad –> Is an open-source, web-based collaborative real-time editor,

allowing authors to simultaneously edit a text document, and see all of the
participants' edits in real-time, with the ability to display each author's text in their
own color. It allows you to edit documents collaboratively in real-time, much like a
live multi-player editor that runs in your browser. Write articles, press releases,
to-do lists, etc. together with your friends, fellow students or colleagues, all
working on the same document at the same time.

E. Zoho –> Zoho offers a full suite of Cloud-based tools to help businesses solve
problems, execute plans, and provide superior customer service. Zoho Invoice
was created to simplify online invoicing and billing for freelancers and small
business owners. Zoho People, a single platform to organize, automate, and
simplify HR process.

F. Open Office –> is an open source which means that the source code is public,
and it can be changed and customized by the public. It is the leading open-
source office software suite for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations,
graphics, databases and more. It is available in many languages and works on all
common computers. You can write simple functions to make your spreadsheets
more readable and easier to maintain. The process of developing and using

G. AbiWord –> Is one of the rare text processing software which allows local users
to edit simultaneously a same shared document in a local network, without the
requirement of an Internet connection. AbiWord supports both basic word

sophisticated features including tables, styles, page headers and footers,
footnotes, templates, multiple views, page columns, spell checking, and grammar
checking.

J. Soft Maker Free Office –> Is also available for Android smartphones and tablets.
It includes Text Maker, Plan Maker, and Presentations. These apps offer the full
feature set of a desktop office suite with word processing, spreadsheets and
presentation graphics on mobile devices.
