EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Risk takers group have found the gap and have decided to fulfill the need of people by introducing sports complex on raiwind road lahore. We are coming up with the demanding idea as there is no sports complex on raiwnid road. Its a partnership business having five members as partners each of 20% . We need 1crores to initiate our business. All the partners are contributing 20,00,000 rupees.

INTRODUCTION

Superior sports complex is the company of five friends. This is the partnership form of business in which all the members have invested equally. This company is located at Raiwind Road Lahore.

Vision:-

 Is to entertain superior human beings.  Is to provide a healthy environment.  To satisfy the customers demand.

Mission:-

 To provide the best sports complex in Pakistan, by our quality, price and different attractive pakages.  We will also improve the quality of our services to provide the best quality services to the customer.  Our mission is to focus always on the customer.

Objectives:-

 To provide a good quality services.  To achieve the market shares.  To generate comfortable profit.  To make good relationship with the customer.

NEED OF SPORTS COMPLEX

Sports are the basic need of our body to keep us healthy and fit. Further they keep us mentally busy in healthy thoughts and keep us away from immoral Activities and thoughts. We have made a survey and found that there is no club or complex Which can provide indoor or outdoor activities on RAIWIND road LAHORE,to uptill thokar Niaz baig. Therefore we are taking this as opportunity and introducing a sports complex that will also help us to take th first mover advantage and will help us to earn maximum profits as there is no competitor..

Location:-

Our company is located at Raiwind Road, in dubai town L.D.A near Suzuki motors. Our head office is located also over there. We choose this location because of cheap taxes and less expense. That area is in initial stages of development thats why we choose that location as there are less employment rates.

Specialty:We are providing such a thing i.e sports complex which is a need of this area so its establishment will be a special happening hereand its success will start right from its existence. We are providing table tennis, swimming pool, gym, badminton,snoker under one roof. And in outdoor we are providing hockey and tennis.

Financial Strategy:-

Our five members have invested equally in the business. 20% investment by each member in the business.

Market Segmentation:-

We are targeting all the area of raiwind road Lahore. Why we are targeting this area? Because there are no sports club here and if in future we get a lot of financial gain then we will think about spreading business in other parts of Lahore as well, there is also one main reason that is we can find more customers here rather than in any other part of the city.

Target Market:-

We are targeting the age group of 10 to 50 and it can be useful for both males and females.

Advertisement:-

We have not enough capital that we can advertise our product so expensive media such as TV, so we decided that we will promote our product through News paper, Bill board, Holdings, Banners, Broachers etc

Competitors:-

As we are coming with a new thing so because of that we dont hve any competitor on riwind road lahore,right now. But with the pasage of time when well spread our business wel hv to face many challenges and we will be upto mark INSHALLAH.

Marketing Mix

 Product:-

Our product/SERVICE Name is SUPERIOR SPORTS COMPLEX we will offer quality best facilities. Our complex will b equipped with latest machinery. It is an exciting place to b a part of. Everyone will love to have it.

 Price:We are offering Superior sports complex in cheap price and our monthly charges are Rs/-1500. We have set this price to capture the market and customers and if we have the expected result then we will increase our price to Rs/-2500 Apart from that we are offering membership at Rs/-15,000 per year.

 Place:-

We are offering this service only in raiwind road Lahore and in future if we achieve acquired result then we will move our product to other parts of city.

 Promotion:-

We have not enough economic sources that we cant spend many expenses on promotion so we take decision that we spend few expenses for promotion. We have promoted our product via broachers, bill boards, holdings, buntings, streamers etc.

SWOT ANALYSIS

 Strength:-

Cheap price of the best quality service will attract the people.there are Three famous universities on raiwind road:SUPERIOR UNIVERSITY COMSATS& UNIVERSITY OF LAHORE Other than that there are several other small colleges and schools here. Well provide services to all the exciting young guns,and apart frm these institutions well cover all the way to thokar niaz baig.

 Weakness:-

We have not enough knowledge about practical business tecqniques so we have to work very hard and get more knowledge to get position in market in short time.

 Opportunities:-

We have the area where labour is very cheap and we have minimizing of tax because we choose area which under developing the area of Raiwind is mostly a village area and we can easily take raw material from that area.

 Threats:We are new in market that is a big Threat of our business and we are totally dependent upon market acceptance and it depends on our customers will they appreciate our product or not.

Penetration strategy:-

Firstly we are coming with low price then we will increase our price according to our customer demand.if we will introduce our complex with high price then nobody will join it because of unawareness of our high quality service. basically our low price is our promotion.

Management:-

Our management is well qualified, we are all business students so that we know better to develop and run this business. We are five members and equally manage our company with related skills.

CONCLUSION:We have drawn conclusion from that project that a business plan cant be fulfill without of market knowledge what is demand of our product. Who are our competitors we should focuses on the customers need and wants and also keep in mind the objections of the person to be loyal with your clients because customer is always right! So our productSUPERIOR SPOTRS COMPLEX contain all the concept of good business planning. We search markets how many competitors are there in market. We also conduct different survey to know what our customer type of quality customer want from us. Business need loyalty of owners how much they contribute their knowledge n try to make best in cheep resources. We hope so that we will successful in our business in short time because of our untiring efforts and quality services.We hope in 6 months we will complete our expenses and get success in short time of period.
