1.4 Compact Layout
• The equipment room with the three anti-structure designed to better protect the
equipment, “the sturdy steel frame structure, fill insulation arson materials,
refrigerated box airtight material door.
• Anti-seismic capability ≥ level 8
• Anti-snow: normal minus 40 degrees to ensure the stability of the engine room.

1.4 Compact Layout
• The sturdy steel structure in antenna/ cable room , more solid to support the
antenna and cable system.
• Automatic sunroof design, antenna and cable landing and taking off first
automatically open the sunroof, and then automatically closed, effective anti-
dust.
• Full sunroof automatic locks can be an effective anti-theft. Incorporating state
more efficient to do a base station antenna and cable, microwave antenna and
cable, non-line-of-sight microwave antenna feeder, automatic lift tower, air
conditioner integrated into the cabin.

1.5 Comparison

– Base stations and emergency communications vehicles adopt a unified technology platform in the
room, an integration of the system contains power system, transmission system, antenna system,
temperature control systems, environmental monitoring system, 19-inch communication rack
space, integrated wiring system. The overall performance is easy and quick, the operators can
achieve coverage through Ericsson, Huawei BTS / Node-B rapidly.
• Difference characteristic:
– Base station has been a significant cost reduction, in particular, eliminating the need for high
vehicle power and chassis transformation, cost-million level, the cost can be more advantageous
than traditional base station construction.

2.1 Antenna & Cable System
• Advanced pneumatic automatic lifting tower mast, closed height is 2.3m，stretch height is 30m, support
a variety of optional configurations, the maximum load is 300Kg.
• The base structure adopts expansion and self-balancing system without the rope.
• The tower mast lifting speed: 0.05 m / s, without the rope, it can reach steady state under 28m / s wind
speed, not be destroyed under 35m / s. Automatic lifting tower mast control equipment is in the cabin
equipment room.
• Tower mast supports self-lubricating system, without
frequent lubrication. Strong adaptability to the environment.
The mast is made of aluminum, stainless steel and other
materials, supports corrosion and rust-protection,
it is not afraid of rain, flooding and ultraviolet light.

2.1 Antenna & Cable System
• The top of the tower platform is configured by standard three-sector antenna
pole, it is recommended to configure 65 ° ,15dBi dual-polarized base station
antennas. Antenna bracket can automatically adjust the horizontal position, pitch
and inclusion. Adjustment range: not less than ± 60 ° for the horizontal
direction angle, the pitch angle is not less than ± 30 °.
• The tower is equipped with a lightning rod.
• The standard configuration installs clock synchronization GPS antenna to
ensure that not be blocking, and enable the GPS antenna receives at least four
GPS satellite signals.

• Automated microwave antenna adjusting device:
– Support the installation of microwave antennas and non-sight microwave antenna, the proposed
antenna is 0.3 meters.
– The adjustment range of microwave antenna bracket: 0 ~ 15 °;

2.2 Power System
• Providing oil distribution system ,communication power supplies, batteries,
inverters and complete power solution , power capacity is not less than 10kW.
• The AC power supports automatic switching function ,it is responsible for the car
interior lighting, air conditioning systems, wall sockets, switching power supply
system.
• Electricity supply: weather proof to avoid rain.

2.2 Power System
• DC power distribution is composed of three parts :a communication power
supply, battery, inverter. The standard capacity 100A, smooth upgrade capacity
is 300A, battery is 12V-200AH, inverter power source is 1KW.

2.3 Transmission System
• Base Station can support two common business E1 and IP interfaces is
integrated of four common transmission systems:
– Optical transmission
– Microwave transmission
– Non-sight transmission
– Satellite transmission
• The optical transmission:
– The equipments includes but not limited: Huawei OptiXOSN500 ,Fiberhome IBAS110A, ZTE
ZXMPS200. Optical transmission products can be purchased by operators.

2.3 Transmission System
• The microwave transmission :
– Using 13GHz, 15GHz , microwave transmission capacity is ≥ 40Mbps, Configuration: 1 +0,
interface: 16E1 +2 FE , high-performance antenna whose front end is 0.3 m, the remote end is 0.6
m.
• Non-sight microwave transmission :
– Using 3.5GHz, 5.8GHz, the transmission capacity is 10-200Mbps and the transmission distance is
40 km, provides a standard IP-FE interfaces.

2.3 Transmission System
• The automatic satellite transmission VSAT:
– The automatic satellite portable station and the vehicle static satellite communications system are
highly integrated, miniaturized, intelligent, beacon identification technology can be completed
within three minutes to point to the star; it is recommended to choose a portable satellite that can
be shared in an area ,fully using the satellite equipment and link resources. Car Stationary Satellite
can be configured in the appropriate number on the base station, BUC configuration is more than
16W, configure SCPC or TMDA modem and Abis compression optimized device , supporting 2-
6Mbps.

2.4 Wiring System
• The equipment room provides BTS / Node-B space, and prefabricates the
universal underside installation and wall mounting ,it can fit any manufacturer's
BTS installation.

2.5 Balance Support System
• Four feet built into the bottom of the vehicle, which can lift, also can be
independent movements.
• The built-in structural design almost has not interference to the overall
appearance of the express base station.
• The four feet design let the cabin can be placed on uneven ground, potholes
ground. Greatly reducing the difficulty of site surveys.

2.6 Engine Room Environment
• There are two solutions in the equipment room temperature controlsystem:
– Air conditioning, adopting 1.5-2p high-performance wall-mounted air conditioning;
– The DC fans manner, adopting the DC fan-free air conditioning in the area that is not hot, north of
the Yangtze River region, realizes the energy saving through internal and external heat exchange,
reduces the equipment room temperature.
• The base station environment monitoring:
– The equipment room can be configured by the usefulness of monitoring information collection,
including infrared, access control, water ban, temperature, smoke, environmental monitoring
systems, and using the general-purpose contact technology and reducing human resource.
