ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

September 27-30, 2022 a. Read the following handouts to learn more about Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division (AMAD):
-AMAD Mandate and Functions, and its four sections (APS, AISS, MDS and AERIS)
-Farmers and Fisherfolk Enterprise Development Information System (FFEDIS) Procedure of
Registration/Process flow
-IRR of R.A 11321 “Sagip Saka Act”
-Kadiwa Agribiz Portal
b. Accomplished the following activities under AERIS:
- Assisted in the consolidation of the list of possible agri-fishery enterprises to be registered in the
FFEDIS registry system.
- Coordinated/talked with agri-fishery enterprises from Batangas province re enrollment/registration to
FFEDIS registry system.

October 1-15, 2022 a. Accomplished the following activities under AERIS:

• Two (2) FCAs from Santa Maria, Laguna were visited and geotagged their office as well as validated their
business/enterprise operations and other activities.
• Coordinated with the possible agri-fishery enterprises from Batangas province which will be registered
in the FFEDIS registry system and emailed to them the copy of agri-fishery enrollment form for their
compliance.
• Four (4) agri-fishery enterprise were validated and encoded in registry system.
• Assisted in updating the data/ information needed for the powerpoint presentation re FFEDIS.
 b. Assisted in the conduct of KADIWA ni Ani at Kita Retail Selling at Sariaya Town Center Complex, Sariaya,
Quezon last October 7, 2022.
