Training :
 Fixed - 5S, 5why analysis, Kaizen and Health Safety
 Variable - Developed from the emerging needs of our employees, Performance Appraisal,
Corporate instructions, Legal requirements, market changes, etc. Dynamic factor of the
competitiveness of a Company
Based on the inputs prepare Master training plan for the Yearly ( break in to Monthly)
