What is a habit:

According to Collins dictionary, a habit is something that you do often or regularly. A habit is when you
do something unconsciously or without thinking because it is part of your daily routine. There are two
types of habits. The good habit, and the bad habit, A good habit is a habit that helps you improve
something, for example, doing your day and night skincare. It helps you, improve your skin. A bad habit
is a negative behavior pattern examples of this are, procrastination and biting of nails.

What having a habit can do to you:

"Habit works by generating an impulse to undertake an action with little or no conscious thought," says
Dr. Benjamin Gardner, a habit researcher at King's College London. Habits are a type of learning. The
brain frees the mind to do additional things without consideration by developing a habit.

As a child, we were told, to always brush our teeth or else our teeth will rot, and a tooth fairy will come
and get our teeth, now as more grown-up people, it is a natural thing to brush our teeth or else our
teeth will rot, and we'll have to go see the dentist which will cost some money.

Creating a new good habit:

The process by which behaviors become habitual is known as habit formation. It can be a deliberate
process or something that happens unexpectedly. It's important to remember that the habit-forming
process does not happen on a sporadic basis. It's a never-ending feedback loop that's active at all times
while you're alive. The habit loop is the result of this.

My habit:

Now let's talk about my habit. A habit I chose to talk about is working out. As a child, I was always called
"mataba", "malusog" but I didn't cry about it I chose to use that as a motivation, and now I like the
feeling of working out for my health and my physical appearance.
