Term & Conditions :

1. The Consignor must submit a merchandise list (Appendix I) as well as a merchandise catalog/photo.
2. Consignment Fee: It will be based on a product survey of the full purchase price of each Merchandise sold.
3. The consignee shall give a monthly sale report of the Consigned Items on the 5th of each month, and on the 10th
of each month, the Consignee will remit to the Consignor the sale price of the Consigned Items less the Consignment
Fee.
4. The duration of the consignment agreement must be between 3 to 6 months.
5. The Consignor is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery of the Merchandise.
6. The Consignor is responsible to remove the expired merchandise item(s).
7. No Party shall be held liable in case of any fortuitous event and by which parties are not at fault, or by acts of God
which parties could not have reasonably foreseen or foreseen but could have been avoided.
