1. SCOPE
This procedure provides a method of control for construction of block masonry work in order to
achieve compliance with the contract specifications and drawings.
2. PROCEDURE
All precast compound wall will be carried out in accordance with the specification and
Project Quality Plan.
In any circumstances where specifications are not provided or they are in any way incomplete, the
matter shall be referred back to Consultant’s representative for additional information.
i) Ensure that the area to compound wall is as per the contract drawings and approved finishing
schedule.
iii) Ensure that precast materials are procured from approved manufacturer (s). Except where
otherwise approved in writing each material shall be obtained from a single source.
i) Precast material shall be delivered to site palletised, off loaded as near to the point of use as
practicable on a clean hard surface free from contamination by mud or surface water.
ii) Adhesive shall be stored off the ground, kept dry and used in order of delivery.
i) Line out and pit markings for excavation shall be done as per approved plan and specifications.
After Marking pits, excavation shall be done by manually. The max. depth of excavation would be
2 Ft fron the NGL(Natural Ground Level).
All pits shall be cleaned properly so that no any loose soil particles remains in pit.
Poles shall be fixed in concrete and proper support system shall be provided to maintain its
verticality. All erection shall be done by Manually.
After getting stability of columns, erection of precast panels take place by manually.

ISA 75X75X5 shall be fixed over top of column to receive concertina coil as per give specification and
approved drawings.
