Inferences on Power BI graphs

Graph 1) Hike category vs Joining Status

Inference: 60% of the candidates who have been offered a hike of above 30% have joined the
company. Only 0.7% of the candidates who have joined have losses beyond 20%. So we can infer
that PDPL is a people centric company with the intention of giving incentives to the deserving
prospective candidates.

Graph 2) Work experience vs Joining status

We can infer that the maximum number of people who have joined and not joined have work
experience of 0-2 years and thus the company must direct its efforts and resources to these kind of
candidates by providing incentives like company goodies.

Graph 3): Marital status vs place of location vs joining status

We can infer that the ratio of the people who are joining to not joining is maximum for the
candidates who hail from Bengaluru which is 3:1 i.e. for every one candidate who is not joining 3
other candidates are joining. It is recommended that the company should hire more candidates from
Bengaluru as one of its offices is in Bengaluru which in turn reduces the cost of recruitment process.
