3a. Introduction

i. Company background

My 3 month internship was carried out at a private limited fintech services company

called Versa Asia Sdn Bhd (“Versa Asia''). The company is headquartered in TTDI

Plaza, Kuala Lumpur. Versa Asia is a small medium firm currently employing 17 people

locally from Malaysia.

Established in 2020, Versa was founded by Teoh Wei Xiang (CEO) who has prior

startup experience. It began when he tried to use his Fixed Deposit (FD) to pay for his

pet's surgical fees in 2018. However, he realised that he had lost all his interest earned

and set out to solve the problem with other methods. Xiang hired Nelson and Richmond

from his prior businesses. He then began utilising their guidance and support to

overcome these challenges. To better utilise idle cash, they established a digital cash

management platform called Versa in collaboration with Affin Hwang Asset

Management (AHAM). Fast forward to 2020, Versa was accepted by the Securities

Commision (SC) as a recognised e-Service platform operator.

For a startup, Versa has done pretty well for a fintech company in Malaysia. In just three

months after its soft launch in January, Versa has achieved over RM 10 million in

deposits. To date, Versa has recorded an average deposit of RM2,700 per user for more

than 4,000 accounts. Recently, our Asset Under Management (AUM) has hit a new

milestone which is now RM 20 million in deposits on my last day of internship.

2
ii. Nature of business

During my internship, I learned that Versa Asia joint efforts with Affin Hwang Asset

Management (AHAM), which is one of the largest asset management firms in Malaysia,

to launch a digital cash management platform. Versa Asia has been also approved by

Malaysia's Securities Commission (SC) under Section 34 of the Capital Markets &

Services Act 2007 to operate as a recognised e - Service platform operator. The

company aims to provide an accessible and user-friendly digital cash management

platform via a mobile app known as Versa.

Versa’s vision and mission as stated in the following:

Vision:

For people to get the best out of their money transparently and without bias to

their income groups.

Mission:

Build healthier relationships with your money.

Based on the concept of a Money Market Fund (MMF), Versa is only accessible to

Malaysians as it seeks to help the community regardless of their wealth status to take

the opportunity to tap into MMF through Affin Hwang Enhanced Deposit Fund just like

every other typical investor. Therefore, Versa offers a potential low risk with high interest

rate similar to Fixed Deposits (FDs) and low entry fee to help their customers to grow

their savings and manage their financial well-being. Besides that, Versa also offers a

3
zero lock-in period without penalty to their customers so they can withdraw anytime

without paying any hidden fees or penalties which is advantageous for emergencies.

iii. Organisation structure

Figure 1: Versa Asia’s Organisational Structure

As mentioned previously, there are 17 staff working in Versa Asia Sdn Bhd and each

staff is divided according to their professions in different departments. As shown in

Figure 1, there is only one marketing manager under the marketing department. He

4
manages two interns, who are copywriter and business analyst interns. Overall, there

are five departments in the company which are product, operation, tech, marketing

and compliance.

Product Department

In this department, the staff are responsible to develop a product strategy in terms of

functionality, app design and key differentiators to meet the users needs and

expectations to use Versa app. In Versa Asia, project manager and product analyst

work directly with the technology team as they have to come up with Versa's app

design, website design, rebate development, creating UI/UX & development model for

the company.

Operation Department

The operation team is responsible to oversee day-to-day financial and business

operations to ensure helpful services for customers and mitigate risks. Chief Operating

Office (COO), Richmond Yau, is the operation leader in this department. He plays a

huge role to improve productivity and ensure that the daily operations’ is efficient. As an

operation leader, Richmond manages a diverse workforce not only in this department

but as well as with the production, technology, marketing and compliance departments.

Therefore, every team will report any updated tasks or issues to him.

There are four other person working under operation department:

5
● Customer Service Manager - is responsible to act as a liaison between

customers and companies, handling customer enquiries and resolving customer

complaints. Her role is to call, respond and handle customers enquiries and

complaints by resolving the issues as soon as possible through Facebook

Messenger, Whatsapp and calls.

● Human Resource Associate - is responsible to manage administrative tasks.

Her role is to hire new employees, maintain the office filing system, monitor

Versa’s policy and propose improvements to the company.

● Senior Finance Manager - is responsible to assist in daily financial matters. His

role is to process monthly payroll, record finance, perform data entry tasks and

create reports.

● Special Project Manager - is responsible to provide support in special projects

as needed by the CEO. His role includes preparing policy briefing, talking points,

presentation and proposals for internal and external meetings, carrying out

research related to business matters and coordination of tasks and projects with

the CEO's internal and external stakeholders.

Tech Department

The tech department plays a significant role in the fintech industry. Therefore, Versa

Asia hires technical support the most. This department is responsible for improving the

application and adding new features to the Versa app. Their role is to test, improve and

add new features to the Versa app. For example, one of their duties is to fix the main

Dashboard discrepancy in Users Deposited in Versa app.

6
Marketing Department

The marketing team is responsible for conducting campaign management for marketing

initiatives, managing the brand, producing internal communications, serving as a media

liaison, conducting customer and market research and overseeing outside vendors and

agencies. Their role is to develop and plan marketing strategies to shape customer

perception towards Versa and its services, build brand awareness and collaborate with

influencers to introduce Versa to Malaysians through social media platforms such as

Youtube, Facebook and Instagram.

Compliance Department

This department is responsible for overseeing the Regulatory and Corporate

Compliance Program and acting as an independent and objective body responsible for

reviewing and evaluating compliance issues or concerns within the organisation. For

example, Senior Compliance Manager, Calvin, planned Versa Card compliance

operating model initiatives with AHAM.

7
iv. Department/division of your placement

In this department, I worked as a Copywriter Intern and supervised by a Marketing

Manager, Joey. Beforehand, I was supervised by my former Marketing Manager, Kent,

for the duration of 3 weeks during my internship. The marketing department was

established for the purpose to create and execute marketing strategies by building

brand awareness, drive sales and traffic for Versa Asia. For instance, collaborating with

the influencers to introduce Versa through Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and sending

Email Direct Marketing (EDM) to Versa users to guide them on how to onboard or keep

them updated about promo codes.

When I first joined Versa Asia, I learnt that the company worked in a fast paced

environment. Every day at 9.00am, I have to attend a daily stand-up meeting and

Weekly Internal Update (WIU) to discuss action plans and how to execute them with

every department. This meeting is led by the COO to make sure that tasks and

operations are on track and are running efficiently in every department.

During my first week of internship, there was a lot of task handover by our former

copywriter intern, Jynn, as well as former business analyst intern, Chuan Hoe. They

briefed me on which tasks to do and how to do it. Jynn briefed me on blogs, social

listening, and social media postings. Mainly, they told me how to organise my time,

meeting the deadlines, responding to a forum in LowYat Forum, and how to update

them in the Google Excel Sheets. On the other hand, Chuan Hoe taught me how to use

Versa Zendesk to obtain the data for customer service and how I can transfer the raw

8
data to the Customer Weekly Report. He also taught me how to put remarks in the

report while at the same time learning about customers’ needs and expectations.

During the course of my internship with Kent before he decided to resign to work for his

dream job in Scholastic Asia, I managed to assist him with research and compiling one

of the competitors' PR articles. While he had his hand full with the Versa Virtual Launch,

I have also helped with the blog supervised by Kar Yew who is a project manager

working in the company. I was also given a task by the COO to do some research on

the Money Market Fund in Malaysia. Not long after that, Versa Asia managed to employ

a new marketing manager, Joey Christo Tang, who previously worked as an assistant

marketing manager at Karcher Cleaning System Sdn Bhd.

After Kent left the company, I was under Joey’s supervision as my new marketing

manager in the marketing department. By week 5 of my internship onwards, I started to

assist Joey to create copies for blogs, Email Direct Marketing (EDM), creating social

media posts captions as well as providing posts visual direction for the company’s

product and services. While creating copies, I learned new techniques by using emojis,

the right message and tone to engage with the customers. Besides that, I also support

the customer service team in responding to inquiries. I have also helped Joey to

perform research, social listening and competitor analysis.

9
3b. Working environment

i. Intern’s scope of duties

I started my internship with Versa Asia on 29 March 2021 and ended on 4 July 2021. As

a copywriter intern, I was expected to work during office hours from 9 am to 6 pm. My

job description basically is to assist my supervisor, Joey, to create engaging copies for

social media posts, social media festive greetings, Email Direct Marketing (EDM) and

blog content. I was also assigned to do some market research for “competitor Raiz of

the AUM” as well as “Different Age Groups for Saving Plans and Potential

Emergencies”. Throughout my fourth week until fourteen weeks of my internship, Joey

has guided me a lot in my writing. He always advised me to write engaging copies by

using a friendly and warm tone of voice suitable for Versa’s company and inserting

emojis into social media posts, EDM and festive greeting posts as the company targets

the millennials who are more tech savvy to use the Versa app. He also briefed me about

the company’s agenda by using marketing strategies and problem-solving skills to

influence the customers to use the app. With this, it helps me a lot to become a better

copywriter to improve my writing skills, creative and critical thinking to write attractive

and engaging copies to the readers.

Together with Joey, I also worked directly with the Project Manager, Kar Yew, and

Product Analyst, Ze Liang, to create content for the blogs. Overall, I have done eight

blogs during the course of my internship. These blogs are done in short deadlines. So, I

have to finish one blog in a few days or a week. Joey, Kar Yew and Ze Liang have given

10
me great support in my blog writing by giving some feedback and comments to create

more effective and engaging content. This includes adding more beneficial information

for the readers, how to create persuasive copy, how to create Search Engine

Optimisation (SEO) using keywords, how to apply Versa to help customers to manage

their savings and appeal to the readers. They also taught me how to calculate Versa’s

daily interest for my “Good Debt vs Bad Debt” blog writing. Thus, these have helped me

to improve my problem-saving skills, research skills and mathematical skills to write a

blog.

Besides that, I also worked closely with our COO, Richmond, to do “Money Market Fund

in Malaysia” research and analysis. It’s a research mainly to find the Asset Under

Management (AUM), asset allocation, withdrawal time and their minimum initial deposit

for every unit trusts fund in Malaysia. Overall, I have researched about 35 types of unit

trust funds in Malaysia. Through this research and analysis, Richmond has taught me a

lot about finance during the course of my internship. I get to learn about the functions

and meanings in the financial industry. He also taught me how Versa and the banks

make profit from their clients. This has helped me to understand and learn more about

the financial industries especially in investments. Besides that, I also assist my Product

Analyst, Ze Liang, with “SoFi” research. It is a research about attractive fintech’s

features and monetisation in the United State America (USA). While I was working with

Ze Liang, he taught me about how to do research and find private information through

this research. Thus, with his help, I have learned how to do research better and

improved my research skills where I can use this benefit for my writings.

11
Apart from that, I also assist my supervisor and COO with social listening to update and

monitor all social media platforms such as LowYat Forum, Youtube and Facebook. This

is done daily in two sessions at 9.30 am to 10.30 am and 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm. This

social listening was updated in the Google Excel Sheets to report to my supervisor and

COO if there were any issues arise regarding the Versa app such as customer

complaints, payout issues, UI/UX and onboarding issues. Recently, my COO also asked

me to add another list for Versa supporters. Which means, for users who support Versa

by helping Versa to respond to customers’ complaints as well as recommending the

users to use Versa instead of other digital cash management platforms. With this, our

COO will give them a reward by offering a Shopee coupons discount and RM 10 in their

Versa accounts to show appreciation and thanks. For these tasks, Joey and Richmond

have guided me on how to monitor the social media platforms to brief me about different

types of issues and complaints that I should mention with the level of risks in the Google

Excel Sheets.

Last but not least, my job description also includes customer service. In this scope of

work, I assist our Customer Service Manager, Caroline Visvanathan, and Ze Liang with

the Customer Weekly Report. This task was done once every two weeks as a data

entry. Therefore, I had to use Versa Zendesk to obtain the data. The data consists of all

the tickets from Whatsapp and Facebook Messenger from customers enquiries and

complaints. Then, I transferred these data in the Google Excel Sheets in the Customer

Weekly Report and made remarks on all the tickets to show what kind of issues the

12
customers are facing. Later, Ze Liang’s job is to compile and create a pie chart to show

which issues present the most complaints and enquiries from the customers to improve

Versa app. This bar chart will be presented in the Weekly Update Internal (WIU)

meeting every two weeks. In this task, I worked very closely with Ze Liang and Caroline.

They had supported me in how to make remarks in the Customer Weekly Report

according to the customers’ complaints and enquiries. In this line of work, I also handle

customers’ enquiries and complaints through telephone calls, Whatsapp and Facebook

Messenger. They taught me how to respond to the customer in a mannerly order to

solve the customers’ payout issues as well as onboarding issues.

During my first week to second week of my internship, I worked from home due to the

global pandemic. So, every meeting and discussion is done online through Zoom and

Google Meet. After the third week, everyone goes back to the office to work after the

government loosened the Movement Control Order (MCO) period to let every industry

start operating. So, that time, it was my first time meeting my employers and colleagues

in the office in person. Everyone is very friendly and respectful towards each other.

Plus, Versa Asia is filled with young working people of the millennial generation. For my

first time in the office, we had a “welcome back to office lunch” together at the same

time, maintaining social distance and to follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Since the office is located in TTDI Plaza, Kuala Lumpur, I have to go there by MRT train.

It took me 1 hour to reach the office since I stayed in Kajang.

13
ii. Expectation & challenges

Before I joined for an internship in Versa Asia, I was already interested in becoming a

copywriter. As I received a job offer from Versa Asia, I still remember my former

marketing manager calling me through Zoom to offer me as a Copywriter Intern or

Marketing Intern. I was told that I will be working in a fast paced environment in a small

company. Therefore, he was expecting me to be able to catch up with short deadlines,

be creative in creating engaging content and also help other departments with other

tasks when required. So, I took this opportunity to get in line for a copywriting job.

Although I am really not that good in writing even during my university time, I know that

this skill can be developed. Therefore, I took the courage to accept the offer as a

Copywriter Intern in Versa Asia to challenge myself.

Throughout my internship with Versa Asia, I will never forget one of the tasks that my

COO, Richmond, gave me, which is the “Money Market Fund in Malaysia” research and

analysis. It was the most challenging task that I have done since I never learned about

finance in my degree background. The research took me about 3 weeks to finish as I do

not know and understand some terms regarding finance. The research and analysis

made me feel very stressful and humiliating at the same time since Richmond kept on

teaching me how the bank works, earning profits, and what are the meaning and

functions of the fund in financial specific terms. Moreover, I also feel stressful when I

have to research about different companies who are involved in MMF in Malaysia one

14
by one by looking at their fund fact sheets, AUM, prospectus sheets and other financial

performances relating to it.

Besides that, as a copywriter intern, I also find it quite challenging to craft festive

greetings posting, social media captions as well as EDM during my internship. I was

required to write all of them in regards to promoting the Versa app. Sometimes, Joey

gave me some samples from competitors for my inspiration to write the content.

However, most of the time I refer to other social media such as Instagram and

Facebook as my inspiration to write my copies.

Lastly, I also find it challenging to write for my first blog as I do not understand Versa’s

services completely. The thing is, I do not know how to relate the Versa app in my

content to solve the customers problems especially in calculating Versa’s interest rate.

Fortunately, I have helpful colleagues and employers who sort this issue for me. They

guided me along the way in a simple manner about Versa’s app, what they offer and

how they can help with the customers. As I was writing blogs for Versa, I remembered

about the course that I took in Taylors University which are Promotional Writing and

Media Writing. During that semester, I learnt about how to use promotional mix in my

promotional writing to promote Versa app. Besides that, I have also applied Public

Relations Principles and E-Marketing that I learned in my university to create Public

Relations articles for Versa Asia. Therefore, I feel very gladful that I can use these

lessons that I have learned in my university to apply it into real life job experience.

15
3c. Experience & learning (4-5 pages)

i. Problems encountered when executing tasks; how were they

resolved?

From the start of my internship, I have gained a ridiculous amount of experiences and

lessons which are primarily soft skills. Although it was a very short period to work in

Versa Asia, soft skills are very important in the world of business.

Research and Analysis

As mentioned previously, the problems that I have encountered during my internship

was conducting “Money Market Fund in Malaysia” research and analysis that was

assigned to me. My assignment deadline was supposed to be two weeks, however I

could not finish it on time as I need more time to learn more about finance. Moreover, I

have to ensure that I have researched the right type of fund from many companies in

Malaysia. Therefore, I asked my COO for an extension. I applied active listening while I

was working on this task because I do not want to miss out and disappoint my leader for

not doing my best. So I have to ask him questions about things that I don’t understand.

Besides that I also self taught by using Google to find information regarding finance.

Fortunately, I feel very gladful that Richmond is a very patient and helpful person. So,

he guided me with the task until I can understand completely about the products and

complete my research in one week. This experience has taught me to be more patient

and be more communicative with my task. I have also learned and understood more

about investments or the finance industry especially in Money Market Fund (MMF) such

as withdrawal time, yield, asset allocation, fund size and minimum initial investment.

16
EDM, Social Media Captions and Festive Greetings Posts

Besides that, I also encountered problems while writing copies. Except for blogs, I have

never written any copy such as Email Direct Marketing (EDM), social media captions

and festive greetings for business in Taylors University. In the first few weeks, I have

lacked understanding of the products and services that Versa is offering therefore it was

difficult for me to further write in my copies. While working on the Customer Service

Weekly Report that I have assigned, I have started to learn and understand Versa's

products and services better. Hence, with this learning and understanding, I have

learned how to apply my problem-solving skills, creative and critical thinking skills to

write my copies.

I also self learned by watching Youtube video tutorials and reading e-book for

copywriters to learn how to create copies that sell for my social media captions and

festive greetings for business. My supervisor, Joey, has also given me some samples

for my inspiration in writing. He also gave me some tasks to replicate copies taken from

competitors and influencers. That’s when I challenged myself and learned how to create

engaging content to improve my writings. I also learned how to write headlines and body

copy for EDMs referral and reward programs and early cut-off time due to Hari Raya to

engage with the readers with Joey helpful guide. I have also learned how to write a copy

in a style to sound friendly and warm for my EDM content proposal for “RinggitPlus

Contest Winner” as well as social media captions and festive greetings posts that suit

the company’s brand voice. Writing EDM, social media captions and festive greetings

17
post copies also helped me to write persuasive copies that appear friendly and direct

the readers’ attention by using emojis and call-to-action to use Versa for savings.

Blogs

Apart from that, I found that I have problems writing with good angles or flows and how

to promote Versa in writing blogs. Therefore, I trained myself to do some writing

exercises during the weekends to enhance my writing skills for Versa’s marketing

copies. I learned that using proper, effective words and friendly tones help to persuade

and engage with the readers. Writing “5 types of Investment '' helped me the most to

write better understanding of different types of investment through thorough research to

educate the readers in a way which is simple and easy to understand. Plus, sharing

Versa’s asset allocation for the users also helped me further improve my writings. I feel

very grateful to write “Good Debt vs Bad Debt” blog as I finally learned basic excel

formulas in calculating interest. At the same time, although I am not native in english, I

have also learned how to proofread my blog's content. When I have completed my blog,

I have also learned how to suggest visual illustrations for the designer before it can be

uploaded to Versa's website. During my social media meeting with Joey, he has helped

to draw down the timeline for my upcoming blogs that were to be produced and

published weekly. Therefore, with good time management to balance with my other

tasks, I have managed to meet the deadlines on time. I also feel very proud that now

some of my blogs have been posted on the website for the readers who use the Versa

app. My hard work has finally paid.

18
Other

Last but not least, I have also gained other experiences and lessons while I was

working from home and office. Teamwork is essential no matter where we are,

especially in the business world. I found that teamwork is one of Versa Asia’s biggest

strengths. Although it was a small organisation, everyone in the company is very helpful

towards each other when there’s an issue if one of them is facing difficulties with their

tasks.

In my first week of internship, I have also benefited from attending a Project

Management Workshop led by our COO, Richmond Yau, who is an operation team

leader. The purpose of the workshop is to educate the employees on how to manage

the project as an agile organisation to ensure that the project is running smoothly.

Therefore, I managed to learn how to use proper communication tools and manage the

project when issues or risks arise.

Besides that, as every meeting and discussion are done online through Zoom and

Google Meet, I learned how to set an appointment and organise my daily tasks with

Google Calendar. I find it fascinating as it is very convenient and easy to use to also

connect with my colleagues.

Apart from that, I felt lucky that I managed to go to the office to work even though it was

only for a short period of time when MCO was lifted. Working in the office has helped

me to keep in touch with my colleagues easily. Thus, this has helped me to learn how to

19
improve my communication skills by meeting them in person. I also took the advantage

to ask for help anytime whenever I did not understand the task as well as when an issue

arose regarding my work with my supervisor and COO.

While I was working in the office, I learned that we should not simply open the office

doors to strangers due to security concerns. I never thought that it could be an issue as

it was a place only to work. However, my employer managed to advise me to be careful

and vigilant when opening the door to people in a respectful manner.

Lastly, I have also gained experience as a general worker although it was out of my

scope. Proudly, I was asked by my employer to fix the leakings under the sink in the

toilet. As my employer did not want to get the furniture destroyed for it was made of

wood, he asked me to cover the leakings with aluminium foils. Instead of that, I went to

get a small pail so that the water would not leak on the wooden furniture until they got a

plumber to fix the leak.

ii. Evaluation

Overall, my 3 month internship with Versa Asia is very satisfying as it has met my

expectations and goals to become a better copywriter. The lessons and experience that

I gained are worthwhile for me to get to my future job.

20
Versa Asia is a fun, unbiased and professional company especially for the young

generation to explore in the fintech industry. It is a fast paced company which is suitable

for young people to boost their learnings and explore a wide range of work scopes.

During the course of my internship with the company, I not only gained experience as a

copywriter intern but I have also increased my financial literacy to learn how to invest

and grow my savings. As a startup company, Versa Asia also offers a good salary

payment when I checked with my colleague as he was also recently employed.

Besides that, I have also benefited from a RM 50 Shopee coupons discount when Versa

Asia hit their new milestones for the company AUM. As mentioned previously, I also

benefit from attending a Project Management Workshop to learn how to manage my

project in an agile manner. I have also benefited from RM 500 for my salary as an intern

working in their company. However, what I did not benefit from is the company’s welfare

and compensation since I am an intern and not a full-time employee.

Apart from that, I have made many friends within the company as everyone is very

friendly and helpful. I am closest with the Product Analyst, Ze Liang, as we have

common interests and we sit in the same room in the office. In Versa Asia, we never

use “Sir, Miss or Madam” to call each other, where I find it a bit weird maybe because

we have a small difference in age. The oldest among us is only 45 years old while the

majority are in their 20s and 30s working in the company. Plus, you do not have to worry

about ironing your formal wear in the morning as Versa Asia only requires you to wear

casual clothes.

21
During the course of my internship, I think the only tasks that I do not enjoy the most is

doing research and analysis because it is very stressful to me especially if you are not

coming from a finance background. Finding information online was a bit hard to obtain

compared to doing research that I have done during my university time. However, I do

enjoy writing blogs, social media captions, festive greetings and EDM very much as I

have mastered many skills during my internship.

For the duration of my internship with Versa Asia, I truly recommend future students to

join Versa Asia as an intern as it is one of the most trending industries in Malaysia to

boost their learnings and gain an incredible experience to explore the world of fintech

business. You do not have to be afraid if you are not an expert in order to take up the

job because Versa Asia is interested in hiring future interns and employees who have a

curious mind, a strong passion in fintech and a passion to keep improving yourself. As

my COO, Richmond, always said to me, “No need to feel sorry for your work, we are all

welcome to learn and improve ourselves.”

22
3d. Conclusion

Overall, the internship with Versa Asia has allowed me to become a copywriter in full

potential. From the start, I grew my improvement as a copywriter intern day-by-day. I will

never forget when I got praised by my supervisor for my writings, especially my blog’s

workflow that I had been struggling with since the beginning of my internship. I am very

proud to be a copywriter. Because of my hard work and dedication, most of my articles

are published on the website therefore it has increased my self-esteem and confidence

to continue my career as a copywriter.

After I have completed my internship, I still have the interest to continue in this line of

work. However, due to the global pandemic, I am planning to be a freelance copywriter

so I can work from home to earn money. Although I may not have gained enough

experience as a copywriter with Versa Asia due to a short internship period, I will

enhance my writing by taking up a course, getting copywriter book guides and learning

from Youtube to become a better copywriter in the future.

Besides that, working in the fintech industry has really affected me in my thinking about

my personal finances. Before, I always thought about the importance of saving money.

After joining Versa Asia, I have increased my financial literacy and knowledge about

money by learning different types of investments and how to use saving methods to

increase my idle cash.

23
Even though I managed to work in a short period, it was a worthwhile experience that I

will never forget. Therefore, I feel grateful and thankful especially to my COO, Richmond

Yau and my supervisor, Joey Kristo Tang, who have been guiding me a lot and willing to

share their knowledge and experiences when I was facing difficulties to complete my

task during my internship to be my mentors.

My practical training has made both my hard skills and soft skills improved from the

beginning to the end of my internship. It has given me a better mindset and motivated

me to explore the world of fintech and copywriting and challenge me further.
