maintenance, tetapi worker tidak competent, pada keadaan awal hanya 1 hazad, tapi
semasa buat activity boleh jadi 2 hazard .
• Untuk keadaan kebakaran, masa 3 min utk execute ke tempat selamat makna nya bukan
terus sampai ke assembly point.. Tp ke tempat yg selamat.
