shallow such that the public open space, e.g., RROW, alley or the like on which
they abut can adequately supply light and ventilation to every room therein subject
to the requirements on window opening, the requirements on the minimum Total
Open Space within Lot (TOSL) above may be waived (Figures VIII.9. through
VIII.11.), provided however, that for lots abutting on only one (1) public open
space, the depth of the open space to be provided shall not be more than 8.00
meters; and for those lots abutting two (2) or more public open spaces, the depth
of the open space to be provided shall not be more than 12.00 meters.
