The Sleeping Patterns of the SHS students in improving

their Physical and Mental Health

Statement of the Problem:

The aim of this research is to identify the sleeping patterns of the students and understand how
it can improve their physical and mental health of the students. It will also help to educate
people about this sleeping problem. This study seeks to find answers to the following questions:

General Question:
How do sleeping patterns help to improve the Physical and Mental Health of the students?

Specific Questions:

1 .What are the activities done by the students before sleeping?

2.How do students take care of their physical and mental health?

3. How does sleep pattern help to improve mental stability of the students?
