THE MISCHIEVOUS DOG

A man had a dog misbehaving and had to fasten a heavy clog about his neck to
prevent him from annoying everyone. The foolish dog seemed proud of the collar
and dragged it about as if he wished to attract everybody’s attention. He couldn’t
impress anyone.
The old man said, “you would be wiser if you kept quiet. Do you want everybody
to know what a disgraceful Dog you are”
