Fluxana hereby guarantees the proper quality of the

electrical fusion machine for the period of 12 months
since date
of signing the Installation Protocol or 15 months since
date of delivery (when installation is not completed due
to transporter’s fault), depending on what comes first.
All platinum ware and standard wear parts like all
ceramics in the furnace, heating elements
are excluded from the warranty. Heating elements must
be changed after 3000 hours of working.

The warranty period is twelve (12) months starting with the installation of the instrument or fifteen
(15) from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first. The platinum accessories and all standard
wear parts like ceramics in the furnace and heating elements are excluded from the guarantee

The precious metal price is per g and will be calculated on the total amount of Pt/Au 95/5 and is a
daily price. Based on your order you will get an order confirmation with the actual daily price which
is base for the invoice.

The weights for precious metal is only estimated. The invoice will be based on the weights of
precious metal really shipped and may therefore differ from the order confirmation.

We can arrange a pick up of your old precious metal. Therefor you will get a UPS return document
from us which you can place on top of the package. The costs for this service will be added to the
final invoice.
Recycling: You can send old platinum ware which will be analysed. Please use the custom tarif
number 71129200. We will credit the weight on base of the analysis. There is normally a loss of ca.
2% of the precious metal in the recycling process. We will charge 1,48 USD per gram for the
recycling, but at least 65,00 USD, if the amount of old material will be under those mininum costs. In
case, that your old platinum is not stamped or contaminated, we have to make an analysis of it. The
costs are between 137,50 USD and 247,50 USD.
