Under the auspices of the National HR Committee, the FQF HR Desk has taken on and will continue to take on

initiatives to broaden its support for the sector. The goal of the thought leadership initiative is to enhance peer-
to-peer learning and aid organisations in understanding the perspective of the industry at large. This includes
creating a forum for discussion and enabling knowledge sharing by industry members.
The HR Committee has now agreed to embark on an HR Industry Compendium to gather together all of the
innovations and best practises used by organisations that have not only helped them survive the stormy times but
also assist them reconstruct their transition into the future of work.
