The compendium of HR Practices and Policies - Industry View is the result of a thorough and collaborative

work led by Srinivas P.M., Head - Human Resources, P&G, India Sub-Connent and Ms. Veena Swarup, Former
Director HR, Engineers India Limited. We want to express our gratitude to the community members for their
inspiration and crucial help in making this initiative a success. Additionally, we would like to thank the 59
business responders who took part in the poll. The HR Committee has now resolved to work on an HR Industry
Compendium that would bring together all of the innovations and best practises used by organisations that are
reorganising their operations for the future of work.
