In light of the aforementioned, the FICCI HR Committee had been developing a reference manual for industry

that covered innovative and forward-looking HR policies and practises and had been gathering data via a survey.
The survey had 19 questions, and the responses were qualitatively gathered to provide deep insights into the
report and provide a useful reference compendium.
OBJECTIVES
Change is the only constant, so organisations must embrace it by using effective change management techniques
in conjunction with innovative and practical practises to stay current with the shifting business landscape. The
HR section of the FICCI Quality Forum, under the direction of its committee members, has put together the HR
Industry Compendium with the intention of continuing to serve the sector.
