It appearing to the satisfaction of the undersigned, after examining under oath of the
applicant PMAJ Leah Laag and his witness Jurdan Durano, that there is probable cause to
believe that a crime of violation of Republic Act No. 10591 (Comprehensive Firearm and
Ammunition Regulation Act) has been committed or is about to be committer, and there are good
and sufficient reason to believe that respondents are keeping under their control and possession
inside their house located at Brgy. Poblacion, Liloan, Cebu, the following:

a.) Two (2) units M 16 Rifle;

b.) One (1) unit calibre .45 pistol;
c.) One (1) unit M14 Rifle; and
d.) Undetermined calibre of firearms, number of magazines and ammunition.
