Employee- Appointment Letter

Dear Mr. Manoj Kumer Sannashi

We are pleased to offer your employment for a full time position with The Umbrella
Management Ltd as Unit Head, Dhaka Sales Team effective from 01st August 2021.

As discussed, this offer is conditional upon your acceptance to the terms of the employment
agreement which will be provided to you detailing your job description and benefits:

1. Your monthly salary will be 45,000.00 BDT. (Note: breakdown of the basic salary and
other benefits will be mentioned in your contract letter and offer letter).

2. We will revise your salary (10% of gross salary) as per our company policy upon
successful completion of the three months’ probation and also which will be based on
appraisal of first three months. The yearly increment of your salary is also based on your
yearly appraisal (10-20% of basic and other benefits will be adjusted proportionately).

3. You will be entitled for two yearly festival bonus which is equivalent to one basic salary
for that calendar year every time.

4. You will be entitled to participate in our monthly commission and incentive structure. You
will be awarded 5% of your team's total revenue contribution in each month. For individual
execution: you will be awarded 10% of the total revenue contribution to the company. 

5. You will take part into our yearly performance bonus policy (Which will be distributed
proportionately to all the employees and also if the total yearly team budget is met.

6. The company will provide your lunch for the day you are present in office.

Your Job Description will be as follows


 Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success within
the region.
 Set standards and objectives for different functional activities and departments in line
with the organization’s business objectives.
 Optimize and oversee the sales and operations to ensure efficiency by establishing,
maintaining and expanding the customer base and also serving the needs of existing
customers.
 Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
 Lead a team of Sales Advisors toward effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
 Ensure compliance and set rules with the organization's policies and operational
guidelines.
 Deal with the property owners, buyers and other stakeholders by providing creative
and practical solutions.
 Evaluate performance using key metrics and address the issues to improve it.
 Monitor the team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
 Collect customer feedback and market research data within the region.
 Maintain updated information about the products and competitors.
 Assist management in decisions for expansion or acquisition of business within the
region.
 Lead and develop our digital sales, online strategy, drive sales, and look after E-
commerce software, website and promote as a leading online brand.
 Achieve monthly target (at least one successful deal or given by Management, while
maintaining team portfolio quality, operational standard and value addition in
business and team development).
 Identify potential sector, market, clients and add value to portfolio diversification.
 Guide team members for their development in areas of new client addition, target
achievement, client visit, portfolio management, etc.
 Maintain visit frequency of your team with all the existing and overdue clients, as per
collection protocol of the company.
 Review visit report of team members on daily basis.
 Ensure all operational procedures of the company related to documentation,
disbursement, collection, and other services to the client.
 Complete any other ad-hoc (non-regular) responsibilities given by your line manager
from time to time.
The Umbrella Management Ltd has the right to change and revise any clause and benefits
mentioned here without any prior notice and prejudice if deemed necessary.
