1. How did the personal SWOT analysis and personality test help you in identifying the careers suited to
your interests, skills, and principles in life?

For me, to understand myself in-terms for working like my skills, my interest and for my
personal development. Like how I handle or take care of my workplace someday using my
strength, how I face one of my fears and how I adjust for another challenge in corporate or in
workplace.

2. Write three (3) things that you have realized after you conducted the personal SWOT analysis and
took the personality test.

I discover myself that I can communicate in a nice way in other people also for the heavy people
that can’t handle to. I see myself in this track from my future work someday. I can take my
groups in a bright way.

3. Compose a three-point plan of action to achieve the career that you want.

One of the three-point plan to achieve my goal is to have my own business to give from my
family and my future someday. Then to be popular one of my aiming business, lastly to someone
pursue my business in the future.
