ORIENTATION ON OPENING OF CLASSES

To actively engage all parents and learners concerned in promoting an active
learning environment without putting the overall health welfare at stake, the teachers
of Kilitisan ES conducted a virtual orientation on the opening of classes last
September 13, 2021.

All class advisers devised a schedule of virtual meet-up among the parents
and/or learners of their respective handled grade levels through platforms such as
Facebook Messenger, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. In this meeting, they gave an
overview of what to expect on parents’ and learners’ part in the effective delivery od
modular distance learning modality. Moreover, questions and queries were also
entertained as the conferences went on.

Since, not all parents were able to attend the virtual orientation, videos were
sent in the class’s respective groupchats. These videos contain all the important
notes and reminders as per the implementation of the current learning modality.

At the very conclusion of each meeting conducted, teacher-advisers , parents

and learners all came in a mutual understanding of taking an active part in the
effective delivery of teaching-learning processes under modular distance learning
modality.
