This is to inform you that I, Ashley Rein Brin, 1 st year Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration major in Human Resource Management, am formally writing this letter to
request for a certification of transfer. Due to personal reasons, I have to transfer to Laguna
College of Business and Arts in the reason of the location is more convenient and near to my
neighbourhood. Moreover, I am a working student, and with that, I can no longer handle to pay
for the tuition since I support and finance my studies, myself.
In 1 year of studying at UPHSD, even online schooling, I would like to express my warmest
gratitude for all the teachings and the quality of education that the university have imparted in
me. I will forever cherish all the values that the school taught me, and the one who molds me to
become a better individual.
I hope you will consider and accept my request ad grant permission to leave the university. Rest
assured that all dues have cleared and settled. I wish your organization the greatest of its success
in all of its endeavors.
