assessments accordingly.

Therapy is not necessary if you can talk to a good


friend

FACT

Therapy is Necessary, sometimes even a friend can


be biased of specific scenarios and will not be in a
position to understand the root cause. Only a
psychologist will be able to analyze and bring out
the root cause of the problem.

MYTH

People will know that I am seeing a counselor.


FACT

No, Even the HR of the organisation will not know


who has taken up the session. The employee is
provided with portal or toll-free numbers to connect
at their convenience and time.
