Born in Murcia (Spain). Master in Architecture by the Valencia
Polytechnic University (ETSAV - UPV) in 2008. (Specialization in
Building, Urban Planning and Restoration).
Chartered Member of the C.O.A.Murcia, number 1.675.
Since 2008 working in 'Abelardo Yañez ARQUITECTOS'
Architecture Office, performing executive and managerial tasks,
supervision, drafting, survey, control, consultancy and assessment at
several projects, works, reports and certificates.
He has held positions at the Architects' Association of Murcia, such
as secretary of the
Professional Practice Committee, and member of various
Association's initiatives such as the Regional Architecture Awards
(editions 2013 and 2015) and the II Congress of Architects of Murcia
(2011) .
Alongside his professional work, and on account of his technical
facet, he reviews and updates his
formation in favor of adequacy and prescription of the regulatory
framework and administrative
sections of the office's duties.
Issues such as CTE and DB, other regulations, documentation and
procedures, and ad‐hoc IT
suites are his concern. Regarding continuous training, he extends
and complements his horizons with other aspects such as Heritage
Intervention, Museology, Civil Defence and Emergencies, Interior
Architecture and Decoration, Industrial and Graphic Design,
Leadership and Management, and Office Software Expert Level.
Building dexterity in BIM methodology with Autodesk-REVIT. A Mid-
Term goal within Project Management Institute, is pursuing the PMP
Certificate, having passed the Prep Courses.
Lifelong learning, thus, is a must for him.
Finally, he has a bilingual English level (Level C2 - Proficiency) and
German (Level C1, C2 in process).
To date he has been actively involved in hundreds of endeavours,
including different projects,

to the vast experience of the family office he is in.
