TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT

A- This agreement sets out the terms & conditions between the above-mentioned individuals.
B- In the domain of Web design/development/ graphic designing Mr. Zain Ul Huda will be entitled
for the share of 80% of the profits; however, Mr. Hassam Ullah will be entitled for the share of
20% profits in the same domain, regardless of who brings the deal between both of them.
C- In the domain of Digital Marketing, Mr. Zain Ul Huda will be entitled for the share of 20% of the
profits; however, Mr. Hassam Ullah will be entitled for the share of 80% profits in the same
domain, regardless of who brings the deal between both of them.
D- The agreement will be considered as void if any of the above individual wishes to eliminate the
agreement.
