TERMS OF SERVICES AGREEMENT

Dear Happy Client,


This document comprehends the terms and conditions of Marjina
regarding the policies of the services being offered to our esteemed client. We expect
our client to agree in accordance with the contract mentioned below. We request you to
carefully read the terms and conditions and make sure you understand them before
availing our services in order to avoid any disputes in future. If you disagree with any
part of these terms, you may not access the services.
Our Payment Policy will go like:
 Payment process will be online transfer that must be done at the beginning of the
project and for this Bank account number will be provided to you.
 After payment of the charges, a confirmation slip will be provided to you
acknowledging that we have received the advance payment.
 Payments are non-refundable for the services that have been delivered.
 In case, if the client wishes to put an end to our services in the middle of the
project, there will be NO refunds on not availing the complete service till the end.
 For urgent work, extra charges will be added.
Our Editing Policy will proceed like:
 For extra tasks, add-ons or any kind of changes to your original contract or to
add something new, you’ll be provided with a separate estimate for that. (Extra
charges)
 If you want a minor, sensible change within three days of completion of research
work or general article, it will not be going to add in your expenses. (No extra
charges)
 If you want to add more words/paragraphs within three days or after three days
of completion of general article that is beyond the scope of original project, you’ll
have to pay extra charges for it.
 If you wish to make minor editing in thesis work within seven days of completion
of final document, it will not be going to add in your expenses.
 If you wish to make major changes of words/paragraphs within 7 days or after
seven days of delivery of final document that is beyond the scope of original
project, you’ll have to pay extra charges for it.
 After the delivery of final project, if you want further editing then you still have to
pay for the work you have already done in original document.
 Editing is allowed only one time after delivery of final project.

Our appeal regarding basic framework of the project:


 Clients are required to provide clear briefings about the project in a proper
documented form.
 Client must ensure that all the facts given about the project are accurate so that
we will be certain about what the client actually wants.
 Extra charges will be taken on further additions other than the requirements
mentioned in the corresponding document.
 Client must provide required material (information, photographs and references)
that needs to be incorporated in the document promptly otherwise, company will
not be responsible for the delay in final output of the project.
 Client needs to provide us the time period in which we are supposed to deliver
the final project.
Our privacy policy will work like:
 We are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the
work.
 We have been appointed as service provider to the client thus, only the client
exclusively owns the project.
 We will not disclose your information to any third party or use it for our
personal benefit.

In last, we are greatly privileged to be given this opportunity to work with you. We will
evaluate your project and try to come up with an appropriate proposal according to your
needs. We assure you to cooperate in case of any complaint or claim regarding work.
