TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Please read fully)

Surya Infosoft Solutions will be mentioned as the term “company” hereafter.

General Terms and Conditions (applicable for all projects):

1. Training must be taken compulsorily upto the company’s mentioned time to avoid errors.
2. Training fees which you have paid is not refundable once paid and training will be provided only
for the person who has joined in our company.
3. Training, doubt clearance will be provided only at the mentioned time. If you make any
mail/call/SMS after the mentioned time, those will not be responded.
4. Any of the charges paid by you is not refundable under any circumstances if you are unable to do
the work due or not interested to continue the work or any other cause.
5. After signing up if you are inactive for 30 days (do not take any training, do not work after
training or not working for one month) your contract with us will be terminated without any
notice and the fees paid by you is not refunded. If you wish to continue further you have to pay a
charge of Rs 1500/-.
6. If there is any technical issue in your working PC/laptop, company is not responsible and you
should clear the issue from your side to proceed the work further.
7. Rate/Price for the work may differ from project to project and the same can be revised according
to the company’s decision at any time.
8. You must maintain the quality of the project strictly as per the company’s quality standards and
must follow the TAT (Turn Around Time) in order to avoid reworks & rejections.
9. First preference will be given to mail. Details, request or anything which is sent through mail
will be given first priority.
10. Mail will be responded within 12 hrs. Kindly allow us our own time to assist/serve you better.
11. Unnecessary or meaningless mails/calls/SMS will not be considered or responded. If continues,
your contract/membership with the company will be terminated with or without notice.
12. You must be kind, humble towards the staff members of our company. If found to be rude or your
activities/behavior are not satisfactory your contract will be terminated without notice.
13. You must provide correct contact details like phone number, mail id, address, and name to the
company. In case of any wrong information, communication problem will occur and therefore
company is not responsible for the same. If there is any change in contact number/mail
id/address you should inform immediately to company.
14. Bank account details, change in contact details should only be sent from your registered mail id.
Apart from sending from your registered mail id, your details will not be accepted.
15. Same multiple project submissions will not be considered. If occurs you will be given prompt
warning and if continues after warning, your contract will be terminated.
16. While submitting the output, you should clearly mention the file name, no. of files, comments and
other details as per the company’s standard. File without the above mentioned terms will not be
accepted for any kind of reasons. We accept mails sent from your registered mail id only.
17. You should never share your work or split your work to other members or system without
company’s knowledge as the work provided to you is single member/system work. If found, your
contract will be terminated immediately without any notice.
18. If there is a change in the project, you will be given refresh training as per company’s schedule.
19. You can receive your payments through Bank Transfer/ Direct cash as per your
convenience.(Need proper intimation before processing the payment)

20. Note that every payment will be released at the time as per the company’s terms and no
advance payment is done at any cost.
21. If you wish to take training on phone, phone training will be done only at your call cost.
22. Company will not provide work on company determined leaves/Government Holidays/Local
Holidays. For this, you should get your work in advance.
23. Kindly note our concerned phone numbers and maid ids for assistance (mail is always given
first priority rather than phone call). Please allow us our own time to serve you better.

Terms and Conditions for Hand Written- Excel Project (applicable only for hand written projects):
24. Training will be provided only online. For getting training onsite in our office campus you must
pay additional charge of Rs.500/-(half an hour per day)
25. Training must be taken as per the company’s guidelines and schedule. You must strictly follow
it.
26. Training schedule & time may get extended if your performance found to be poor or not
satisfactory.
27. Live work will be provided only after successful training with sample acceptance from your
trainer.
28. You may request for extra time for completing the work and the same will be provided as per
company’s decision. You must not extend or take your own time without company’s permission.
29. Before processing the live files, you must check whether you have received the folder with your
name. If you receive the folder with another name you should not process the live files and
should intimate us immediately.
30. Live file may slightly vary from demo file as we are giving project on daily basis. Therefore
no claim shall be entertained.
31. Project type may be changed according to your performance and according to the project flow.
You cannot insist or request us to change the project type.
32. If your file quality is poor or not upto the company’s satisfaction your work will be
rejected/returned to you for rework. If continues, you will be given re-training or company will
terminate your contract/membership without any notice.
33. If there is any missing column or data mismatch payment for that concerned line/entry will be
deducted or there will not be any payment for the same.
34. Though there is no time limit, you have to communicate or inform to us if there is any delay in
file submission so that we can alternate or provide time extension. Or else we will take back
(return) your files for completing from company’s side without any notice.
35. Your files submitted after taking back (return) will not be considered or accepted at any cost
and therefore there will not be any payment for the same.
36. Payment cycle will be converted to monthly from weekly after 3 payments.
37. You must request for invoice format and without raising the invoice, your payments will not be
processed.
38. For weekly payment, you must send the invoice on or before 4.00 PM every Monday. Invoice
sent after the mentioned time will be carried forward to next Monday.
39. For monthly payment, you must send the invoice on or before 10th of every month. Invoice
sent after the mentioned time will be carried forward to next month.
40. A 10% charge will be deducted from your every payment as a service charge.

Terms and Conditions for Typing 3 and typing 4 – M S Word (applicable only for Typing 3 and Typing 4 projects):

41. For typing 3 and typing 4 projects you must clear all your doubts before taking up the project.
Training will be provided only by request. Training duration will be 10 minutes to 30 minutes.
You can avail training only once without any cost if you needed.
42. For getting the live project after training, you must call us or mail us for making project request
between 10 AM to 12.30 PM. If you do not make any project request by call or mail, you will not
receive your project.
43. Files cannot be cancelled or changed once taken. Advised to check samples before starting the
project.
44. A copy of work specification and instructions for working typing 3 and typing 4 will be sent to
your mail id after signing up. You must follow strictly according it.
45. Payment will be strictly as per the quality criteria and you are accepting the terms and
conditions which are provided in separate sheets (work specification and instructions which is
issued only for combo and typing 3&4 projects).
46. You must follow the submission time strictly or else there will not be any payment as instructed
and no second chance will be provided.
47. Second chance will be provided only if you have submitted the project and got rejected due to
accuracy or quality issues. (Below 50%)

Terms and Conditions for combo (applicable only for combo project):
48. You may change the project if your first taken project is rejected or if you are not satisfied with
the project.
49. Project can be changed/shifted within the 3 projects (Typing 3, Typing, and Handwritten). You
cannot take more than one project at a time.
50. You can take Typing 3 and Typing 4 only once. If your project is got rejected you cannot the
same project (Typing 4 or Typing 4) another time.

I read and agree all the above 50 terms and conditions and I strictly obey and follow the same. At the same
time I will not claim for any unnecessary cause which is not satisfying the company. If happens company can
terminate my contract immediately with or without notice.
