This letter is a formal request for a loan of Shs. 150,000/= to help me pay the
remaining fees balance of 350,000.

Normally, I would be able to afford these things, but unfortunately, time isn’t on
my side. Have tried almost all possible sources plus the amount you sent me last

balance and that my online portal account has been suspended/blocked. I can’t
access course work, weekly tests and the soon coming first quota examinations.
So in this letter I requesting for your help in case you are financially in good
situation.
