Associate Head – Training

Experience – 14 – 16 Years’ Experience in L&D, IT/ITeS Experience Preferred

Position Summary –

The objective of this role to bring efficiency and alignment of New Hire Training and Talent
Management in the EU region. This is a pan Europe role, the position will be responsible for aligning
New Hire and BAU Training to Tech Mahindra training best practices and leverage cross function and
cross Geo teams to deploy best in class learning methodologies and practices. Success metrics and
deliverables will include –

 Align New Hire training (Pre-process, process and Nesting) training capability to Tech
Mahindra global NHT Model and achieve & maintain high training yields end-to-end
 Create a sustainable training Knowledge Management (BAU Training) structure that
encompasses employee lifecycle, align with Tech Mahindra global KM approach, resulting in
a Talent Management strategy from hire to retire in employee lifecycle

Qualifications –

 Graduate/PG
 14+ years of experience in delivering and managing training function, preferably in an
IT/ITeS (BPM) environment
 Excellent Command over English (Verbal/written) + 1 European Language (French, German
etc.)
 Exposure to implementing effective training programs in a classroom and virtual
environment
 Has experience in identifying and mapping future key skill requirements for training
proactively
 Extensive experience in Knowledge Management and Business as Usual Training
 Experience in Talent Management, performance management and process improvements
enabled by technology
 Certification in Training Delivery/Content Development/Knowledge Management

Key Areas of Responsibility –

 Proactively Identify process training needs basis stakeholders’ requirement


 Proactively Analyse resource forecast on timely basis with business and transition team
 Plan and implement process training basis organization growth plans and goals
 Evaluate process training programs
 Monitor training performance and take necessary corrective action involving all stakeholders
 Assess capability gaps, devise strategy and programs to bridge the gaps
 Track and report employee success and progress
 End to end business training governance and seek leadership support if needed
 Build strong process training model and team to delivery to organization needs
 Evaluate process trainers and up skill the training team to meet organization needs
 Prepare and monitor budget for process training programs and workshops
 Strong analytical skills, logic, reasoning skills and interpretation to resolve problems
 Maintain good rapport with clients and stakeholders with regular communication
 Risk management - identify, assess and address risks involved
 Manage process training metrics for regular report outs
 Reporting the performance of Knowledge Management function to leadership team
 Seamless and proactive delivery of pre-trained talent
 Seek continuous feedback from delivery organization
 Business Training & Knowledge Management Process Standardization and management
