When I was a teenager, I used to join group exercises because I am overweight. Some
people is bullying me because of that. My experience attending with group exercise was
great. Everyone is so friendly and they will not judge you just because of your
appearance. They will accept you with open arms and help you improve yourself. The
experience has never been boring. I met new people and become friends with them. I
did not felt the tiredness and I just enjoyed every session I had with them. They will also
inspire you to make yourself better and will boost your confidence. I am thankful and
grateful because having an opportunity joining group exercises.
